I tour gastronomici sono concentrati in un unico quartiere dove camminiamo tra una fermata e l'altra. In totale trascorriamo dai 45 ai 60 minuti a piedi. The food and coffee tour was absolutely AMAZING! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my tour. And my tour guide, Oli, played a major role! I found Oli to be full of information, "all things Ethiopia", so much so, I literally hurried back to my hotel room to record all that I had learned. I was taught and participated in the process of making injera. And learned that I will not be getting married anytime soon! You will understand when you attend. :) I was taught and participated in the process of the coffee ceremony which I found to be a beautiful way of bringing community together. We then went to two restaurants and ate and drank until we couldn't. Both restaurants were amazing. The first one was owned by a woman who happened to be there AND greeted and welcomed me which I thought was very kind of her. So, needless to say, I would most definitely recommend this tour. I've already booked my city tour with Oli on tomorrow, can't wait!
