Esploriamo gemme nascoste che riguardano tutto il Quartiere Latino. A seconda del tempo vedremo i famosi caffè di Saint-Germain-des-Prés, la sua chiesa millenaria, le strade medievali e i monumenti, persino una scultura di Picasso.
Ci fermiamo per un'opportunità fotografica mentre camminiamo e attraversiamo il ponte più antico di Parigi e vediamo tutti i punti che rendono questa zona di Parigi davvero il cuore della città.
Ci fermiamo per scattare una foto mentre camminiamo dalla riva sinistra alla riva destra vedendo la famosa cattedrale dell'isola. Quando riaprirà tra un anno noi vi entreremo.
A seconda del tempo visitiamo questo quartiere dal Palais Royal, passaggi per eccellenza, ristoranti, fino all'Avenue fino all'Opéra Garnier e dietro alle facciate e alle terrazze sul tetto dei grandi magazzini di Le Printemps e Galeries Lafayette.

This was a great thing to do when we first arrived in Paris. He helped orient us to the metro, bus and subway. We discussed what we were visiting while in town and he helped us figure out all the best routes. We felt really confident the rest of the week navigating the city and meeting all our tour guides. He also told us some of the history of Paris as we walked around.

This helped me with confidence to explore Paris and feel secure about using the Metro. I was introduced to the various sections of Paris, how to use the ubiquitous maps for directions to travel the Metro and a great walk around the area I was staying in, the Marais. Thor was a great guide who showed us some of the many sites in Paris and got us familiar with the metro. He also explained cafe etiquette and some history as well as road rules. Highly recommend Thor and this tour for first timers to Paris!
