Friendliest tour guides. First class service if I am ever back in Tulum! I will be using these guys again. Fantastic experience from pick up to drop off!
Very respectful and kind leader it worth for half a day , but 40 usd for photos is too much and do not expect very nice lunch… totally I recommend it
Victor was the best! I had a really great time, there’s sooo many zip lines so just be mindful there will be a lot of flying and some walking.
We paid for this excursion and when we arrived, it was six of us. They were charging us $45 per person saying that it’s for the ocean and all this stuff. This is not a place I would recommend they were charging $45 each just for extra fee saying about the ocean everywhere else where we go they charges usually $10 for that. These are scammers do not go here.

This tax does not apply to the sea, but rather to the jungle, and it is collected officially through our state and federal authorities. Additionally, we believe there was some confusion regarding the total amounts. With our competitor, you were willing to pay $100, whereas with us, the total cost was $80. We think this difference may have caused the misunderstanding about the taxes and fees. While the competitor charged $10 as a tax, our total charge of $80 already included your ATV, zipline, and cenote swim. For this reason, this charge is mandatory and is not a scam. Additionally, this tax is clearly published on all our platforms and is also reflected on your ticket. The city of Tulum feels like a hippie town, but there are so many things to do! I absolutely loved this activity. The ziplines were amazing because they’re really high and offer an incredible view of the jungle. The ATVs were super fun too, but the best part was discovering the mystical cenotes.
The ATV Maya with Cenote and Zipline tour from Tulum was an incredible experience! The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff ensuring we were well taken care of throughout the day. The facilities were by far the best I’ve seen compared to other parks I’ve visited—everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The organization was excellent, from the check-in process to the activities themselves. Each part of the tour was well-planned and executed, making it an unforgettable adventure. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exciting, well-organized day out!
