Nous vous recommandons d'apporter une serviette avec vous et des chaussures d'eau ou des sandales à bout fermé. Vous devez également utiliser un écran solaire biodégradable. En raison de notre engagement envers la nature, nous vous suggérons d'utiliser des produits biodégradables. L'expérience est tellement incroyable qu'elle vous emmène vivre la jungle maya dans ses 3 terrains, dans les airs sur nos tyroliennes, dans l'eau dans notre cénote et sur terre sur nos VTT. Il est important de mentionner que seuls les 18 ans et plus sont autorisés à conduire, sinon vous devez partager un VTT. Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
Si votre hôtel ne figure pas dans la liste, ce qui signifie que vous devez vous rendre à un point de rendez-vous spécial, veuillez nous indiquer dans quel hôtel allez-vous séjourner afin qu'un représentant de notre société puisse vous contacter pour vous indiquer le point de rendez-vous et l'heure de prise en charge. Ce service a deux horaires différents, le premier est pour une visite matinale et la prise en charge pour Cancun a lieu entre 7h30 et 8h30, pour Playa del Carmen entre 7h00 et 8h50 et le second est pour une visite à midi et la prise en charge pour Cancun a lieu entre 11h30 et 12h30 et pour Playa del Carmen entre 11h00 et 12h55. Les horaires varient selon les hôtels, notre représentant vous indiquera l'horaire exact par mail ou par SMS. L'activité commence à 9h30 et 13h30. Si vous sélectionnez une zone différente de celle dans laquelle se trouve votre hôtel, votre réservation sera éditée avec la bonne zone via le moteur de réservation.

- Seuls les adultes de 18 ans et plus peuvent conduire leur propre VTT. Les enfants (17 ans et moins) doivent être accompagnés d'un adulte.
- Si vous sélectionnez une zone différente de celle dans laquelle se trouve votre hôtel, votre réservation doit être éditée avec la bonne zone (coût différent) via le moteur de réservation.
- Si quelqu'un vous propose un surclassement plus avant la date de votre voyage, veuillez contacter le service client.
- L'assurance VTT est incluse, vous n'avez pas besoin de payer de frais d'assurance supplémentaires
- Pour des raisons de sécurité, l'utilisation de téléphones portables n'est pas autorisée pendant les activités.
- La limite de poids est de 270 livres pour les tyroliennes et de 300 livres pour les VTT.
- Nous vous recommandons d'apporter : vêtements de rechange, serviette, chaussures fermées, maillot de bain, crème solaire et répulsif biodégradable, lunettes de soleil et bandanas pour VTT.

Had a great time on this ATV and zip line tour! The entire experience was fun from start to finish, and the last part where we got to jump into the water was definitely one of the highlights. The water was very refreshing, especially after all the activities. The food was also really good and made the experience even better. I definitely recommend this tour if you’re looking for something fun, adventurous, and exciting to do while on vacation!
Everyone you talk to quotes a different price, got there after a very unpleasant ride with sardine packed van on extremely bumpy road. Immediately met with pressured selling of water shoes, goggles, phone pouches and face covers for 5 times retail price. Locker for personal items was extra money. They tried to say we didn't pay for everything to attempt to upgrade us for more money but we had receipts. Won't allow phones on most excursion. Horseback ride was like a pony ride but maybe 1/4mile circle. Cenote was similar to a large dirty pool. Atvs were cool and zip was cool. The photographer ripped me off. The $60 photos changed my card for $69 after promising that it would be $60 flat when converted. They hassle you for tips. They only offer pork and veggies tacos for lunch and try to up sell you chicken and other beef and drinks. Try to sell $100 tequila. This was a money grab but I made the best of it.
Great experience! Guide Marlo was absolutely amazing and made the tour enjoyable. Bring water shoes and a face covering for the dust. Lockers are mandatory, so arrive with nothing if possible. You cannot take your own photos, but a photographer is available. The tequila tasting is free, but they do try to sell you tequila afterward. Most bottles are $79.99, with the most expensive “sale” bottle at $129.99. The included snack is a small pork taco, with additional food available for purchase at the end. Overall, a fun and worthwhile excursion!

ATV ride wasn’t good. ATV is old and was cutting off. The trail is extremely bumpy. Not a good experience. Zip lining, Cenote and tequila tasting were awesome.

Everything was great! From the start of transportation, introductions, ATV, Zip line, tequila tasting and private lunch with tacos and margaritas to jumping into the cenote!!!! Fun experience. You can’t bring your phone on the ATV and zip line sessions, put someone take pictures the whole way. At the end you can pay for them he airdropped them to us all of the pictures for $79.

They are definitely going to upsell you, but the VIP is worth it... Definitely bring goggles and mask or you will need to purchase them there. Nacho and team were amazing Guides and kept the energy high! Your ATV experience will definitely being determined by the pace of the drivers of your group. Zip line, Cenote swim, and tour guide were all great. The bus ride from the hotel to the park (1hr) was miserable, due to being full and having terrible suspension and weak AC on a very hot day. The ATVs are older and a portion of them stall and break down.

So here’s the deal, if you have never ridden four wheelers or done a zip line then MAYBE this would be fun for you. Starts with being upsold on the VIP experience which ultimately was worth it for the private Cenote. After that they try to get you to buy goggles and a neck/face sleeve which you don’t need at all since the ATV ride is the slowest thing ever(if your ATV doesn’t break down) since you have to stay in a line on a short road. Then you are guided to a very mediocre zip line tour. During this whole time no phones at all. After that it was semi worth it for a fun off-road ride on a bus to a private cenote for a tequila tasting, tacos, drinks and swimming in a cenote for about 25 minutes. The guide we had (Ignacio aka NACHO) was awesome, he made that part of the experience worth it. At the end they sell you on a photo package for $80 US. Overall would definitely not do again and spend the money doing other things. Don’t waste a day of your trip doing this!!
