Le but est de partager avec vous ce que serait exactement notre journée type, la sortie classique que nous faisons avec nos amis et notre famille, surprenant votre appétit et vos papilles avec + de 10 mets et dégustations de vins ! Nous commencerons par une vraie tigella typique, savoureuse et délicieuse ! Ensuite, nous passerons directement à l'achat et à la dégustation de charcuterie, de fromages et de pains. Découvrez la région de Bologne avec du vin local dans un lieu historique ouvert depuis 1465. Ensuite, en nous promenant dans le centre historique de la ville, nous dégusterons deux pâtes faites maison emblématiques dans une Osteria Bolognese classique, toujours accompagnées d'un autre vin local. Nous terminerons avec la meilleure glace de la ville !

Itinéraire
Nous partirons de la Fontaine de Neptune, c'est notre point de rendez-vous ! Vous aurez l'occasion de voir l'emblématique Fontaine de Neptune et la Piazza Maggiore
Nous traverserons la Piazza Maggiore, en regardant San Petronio, l'église principale de Bologne, puis nous entrerons dans le (quadrialtero) et commencerons notre expérience gastronomique.
Nous resterons dans le centre pour visiter les épiceries locales cachées, nous aurons la dégustation de vinaigre balsamique, nous achèterons de la charcuterie et des fromages, différents types de pains et nous irons dans une Osteria emblématique pour tout goûter avec du vin local
Nous traverserons Oberdan pour visiter une autre Osteria locale et dégusterons 2 pâtes maison principales telles que des tagliatelles con ragu e tortellini avec du vin lambrusco
nous visiterons l'emblématique finestrella de Bologne et nous prendrons de superbes photos de l'un des 7 secrets de la ville, les voies navigables souterraines de Bologne
nous terminerons notre expérience en ayant le meilleur gelato de Bologne sur la place la plus emblématique de la ville !

We did the gastronomic tour as a family and left delighted and well filled. We tasted typical products as we strolled through the center and the guide was telling stories and curiosities of the city. Perfect plan for a first time in Bologna: better to go hungry and want to walk for a while.

While my wife and I couldn’t wait for our tour with Tours and the City, we unfortunately had a medical issue arise that prevented us from attending. Sadly, Tours and the City was unwilling to offer any flexibility or refund any of the amount we had paid in full, adding further stress to the difficulty of dealing with medical issues abroad.

Great tour around the streets of Bologna but a local guide. The guide was raised in Bologna and gave us a very nice insight into the city. The tour included sights, secrets and delicious food.

We had a great time with Frederica. All locations aware great and the food and drink were amazing. We were visiting our daughter on Rome and decided to go up to Bologna for the day.

Roberta was super nice and very friendly. We had a lot of fun with our group and she was very informative on the foods that we ate at. Got to try the local bolognian food and the tour also had time for us to relax and get to know the people who were on the tour with us. Would recommend our guide and the tour itself to our friends.
