Our city tour through Arusha was an absolute highlight and is a clear recommendation for anyone who wants to get to know the city authentically. John passionately guided us to the most important sights of the city – from the African Art Gallery to the Peace and Independence Monument to the lively hubs of daily life. The view from the rooftops over the bustling activity of Arusha was particularly impressive. However, my personal highlight was the visit to the local market. There, Brian took the lead and impressed us with his vast knowledge. No matter what question we had – he could answer them competently and explained the culture, trade, and daily life of the people with great passion and patience. Throughout the entire tour, we felt safe and well taken care of at all times. John and Brian were incredibly friendly, open, and approachable. Thanks to them, we were able to dive deep into the life of the city and gather many impressions that an ordinary tourist would likely never experience.
