Good communication friendly good arregement 5/5 Communication and service excellent .We get what we ask for and more The tour was amazing .We have seen all the big five and many more animals.Especially our driver and guide Felix makes our expericience unforgettable .He tells many facts about the animals,the parcs .We could ask everything He took care of us any moment of the day .The food was good .And he drives very good .We felt very safe with himHe started as our Guide but now we can say We have found a new friend .We will for sure recommend you with our family and friends in The Netherlands

The highlight of our family vacation was waking up at dawn to the sounds of nature surrounding our tented lodge. Suricata Safaris delivered a perfect balance of wilderness and safety. Jeremy’s eye for wildlife is unmatched; while other vehicles kept driving past, he stopped and pointed out a mother cheetah and her cubs resting in the shade. The evening campfires where we sat together as a family recapping the day’s sightings made us feel so connected. Everything promised in the mid-range package was delivered with genuine Tanzanian hospitality.

We booked a 5-day safari covering Tarangire, the Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. We saw many animals up close. We managed to spot the "Big Five," including the elusive leopard. The staff's service was outstanding. Pascal, our guide, was always focused on ensuring we enjoyed ourselves; he actively searched for animals and taught us about them. He explains things with passion and expertise, and we learned a lot from him. I appreciate how he constantly strove to show us as many animals as possible and patiently answered the endless questions we asked. I also want to highlight Lucas, who ensured we were as comfortable as possible at the camp every day. He is a fantastic chef, every meal was hearty and delicious. I recommend spending at least two nights in the Serengeti to truly enjoy this vast park, as the drives between camps can be long. Also, if you choose to visit Tarangire, make sure it is the first stop on your itinerary. I am incredibly grateful to Suricata! A note on what to avoid: I do not recommend the Maasai village visit. Fortunately, our group skipped it after hearing unpleasant accounts from others who had gone; they told us the Maasai were only interested in asking for money and selling handicrafts at exorbitant prices. Regarding the Jevas Hotel, where we stayed for two nights: the breakfast was very basic. One afternoon at the restaurant, we ordered coffee, and—after paying for it—we had to prepare it ourselves (yes, they simply gave us a thermos of hot water and a packet of instant coffee). It is a shame that the hotel falls short of expectations, as it reflects poorly on the service provided by Suricata.

From start to finish, this was an amazing trip and an amazing experience. Adam, our safari tour guide and driver, was the best and an absolute true professional. He was kind, really friendly, very knowledgeable of the area and each place we viewed animals, and an all around true professional—I would trust and highly recommend him to friends and family who hope to take the same tour. Over five days we toured many places and drove for hours and my friends and I enjoyed each moment. Whether on the roads to and from each day to being out in the Serengeti, we felt completely safe throughout and enjoyed the time with each other and getting to know our guide. We laughed and learned and walked away with wonderful memories. He made this a truly remarkable and memorable experience for our group and we could not thank him enough. I highly recommend.

From pick up to drop off, the experience was fantastic. Our driver, Efre was so kind and brought is to the African Art Experience on our way to the hotel. The hotel accommodations were fantastic. Beautiful, spacious rooms and delicious food! Then we were picked up by Adam who was such an amazing tour guide!! He was so personable, knowledgeable and funny. We truly enjoyed the rides in between the parks. Each park brought a different perspective and environment to which we were able to see the big 5 animals and so many more! We spent the perfect amount of time being able to capture axing photos and immerse ourselves in true nature! On to the food. Hot lunches in the middle of the Serengeti!? You bet! Every lunch was delicious! With all the foods, we definitely had ample rest breaks and time to stretch our legs, as well! The accommodations allowed us to experience resort life, tent life and in between. This was a dream of mine and Adam and Suricate made it come true, being what I imagined! Thank you so much for making my dream come true!

Great communication with Suricata safaries. We had a great guide at the first day but Frank the next 3 days was really amazing, trying hard to show us all the animals. We really saw them all! (Except the black rhino)
