Nous vous aiderons à découvrir l'Etna. Un des sites italiens inscrits au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO.Vous ne ferez pas une simple visite, mais une expérience inoubliable : de l’histoire du volcan Etna à la production des vins Etna DOC, nous visiterons les lieux détruits par la célèbre éruption de 1669, les vestiges de l’église ensevelie sous la coulée de lave, et nous ferons une halte dans un village typique de l’Etna où vous admirerez les maisons construites en pierre de lave et sa charmante place. La visite se terminera par une dégustation de vins de l’Etna, accompagnée d’un déjeuner composé de produits locaux.

Took day trip from Taormina to Etna stopping in some villages and Gambino vineyard. Alessandro our driver was great. He was able to guide us to interesting places to see, explain the local history and was good company.

In 2019, I fell in love with Sicily. At the end of a wonderful stay near Syracuse, I was treated to a tasting on my birthday on the vineyard of Gambino, on the flanks of Mount Etna. We were warmly and hospitably welcomed with wine and snacks and were allowed to enjoy all the delicacies they made themselves there. Especially the wines, the Tifeo, both the white and the red, are among the best things Sicily has to offer. Every year I therefore like to order a box of wines from hostess Andrea, which are sent without problems and for a reasonable price. As soon as we open a bottle we imagine ourselves on the slopes of Mount Etna again and I long for the beautiful Sicily! Grazia Gambino!!
