Il ne s'agit pas d'une visite typique de petites bouchées «d'échantillonnage au marché», mais plutôt de visiter 5 établissements de restauration authentiques, en veillant à ce que personne ne parte affamé! Nos petits groupes vous donneront accès aux établissements fréquentés par les habitants et à l'attention personnelle de votre guide. Il y a de nombreuses opportunités de photos amusantes en cours de route, avec juste ce qu'il faut d'histoire parsemée. QU'EST-CE QU'IL Y'A AU MENU; PLANCHE DE CHARCUTERIE - Prosciutto dalmatien, pancetta, fromage, olives et une sélection de sels servis avec du pain fait maison et de l'huile d'olive. FRUIT DE MER -Risotto noir (fait avec de la seiche de l'Adriatique et de l'encre de seiche) servi avec du pain local et de l'huile d'olive. VIANDE -Pasticada (plat de rôti de boeuf dalmatien) avec des gnocchis faits maison servis avec du pain Peka et un coup de Rakija (liqueur locale). COLLATION -Burek (collation balkanique populaire) faite d'une fine pâte feuilletée, qui vient avec une variété de garnitures au choix. GLACE (ou) SORBET -Votre choix de saveurs, mais si disponible, nous recommandons fortement la saveur locale unique de lavande. *Les articles peuvent varier en fonction de la saisonnalité et de la disponibilité

The tour was a perfect balance between amazing food and interesting history. Tea was great, very proud of her home town, lots of knowledge and experience with the tour!
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with on the food tour. Tea did a great job explaining the history of Split while also providing local insights into the food scene. The restaurants that we tried were delicious and I was able to experience cuisine that I normally wouldn't order. I would highly recommend this trip for someone who wants to learn a bit about the history and eat some tasty cuisine.
The perfect balance between amazing food and a very informative walking tour through the palace grounds and surrounding area. Tea was an amazing guide, full of pride for her city and very knowledgeable on the history of our tour.
We had a wonderful time! Ivana was excellent! We got to learn some history about split and enjoy amazing food and even a local liqueur. You better come hungry because you will leave beyond fall! We highly recommend this tour!!!

Great guide, food generally good. Some of the food was okay not quite of a high standard - beef dish was quite tough. Pastry offering was not q favorite. Information was excellent and an enjoyable evening

This tour was phenomenal. We have done many food tours around the world, and this one was one of the best. The guide (Tea) was great - extremely knowledgable about not only the food but the area and its history. The food was excellent, with enough time at each stop to enjoy it. Would definitely recommend this tour, without hesitation - you will get a great food tour, but also learn about the area, its history, etc.

Our family of 4, including two 16-year-old teens, absolutely loved this fantastic tour! Marina, our personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun guide, led us on a delicious culinary and historical adventure through Split alongside one couple and another mom with two teens. It was the perfect blend of Croatian history, local flavor, and just the right amount of food at each location. From the opening bites of Croatian cheese and prosciutto, to a local beef gnocchi favorite, to a sweet gelato finish, every stop was a hit. Beer and wine were also available along the way for a very reasonable price, which made the experience feel even more relaxed and festive. With 5 stops, generous portions, and the perfect amount of time at each place, this tour is a must-do while in the city. Come curious, come ready to wander, and most importantly—arrive hungry!
