Great trip today with Larry as tour guide It would have helped if we were told to collect tickets from the Booker Office easy to miss when you do not know where you are Or to meet the coach at the coach station that would have been easier to find
Gabriel and Ante made the trip feel personal despite having a crowd of 51 of us. The falls are beautiful and worth the trip. The wine and cheese was fine. The winery was very interesting and informative. The cheese and wine were tasty.
Advertised as a 10 hour day excursion, our wonderful guide was welcoming, helpful, witty and informative. Sanja changed the order of the day when she was informed of multiple cruise ship buses going to Krka falls. This flexibility greatly reduced queuing times for us! It did feel as though the wine tasting element was somewhat short. We could have enjoyed another hour at the lovely family run vineyard and a chance to explore the wine shop. The opportunity to swim is at the village of Skradin, which is charming. If going on the wine tasting, time in this location is only an hour - just enough time for a coffee and stroll around - choose either the small beach + swim or the village - doing both would be very tight! We went with our adult children. We would not recommend the tour for babies during very hot weather as the ground at Krka is uneven and lots of stairs - also coach touring with a baby on the lap isn’t preferable.
Gabby was our amazing guide, she changed the order of our tour so that we weren't waiting around at the entrance of the park which was much less stressful. She made the trip relaxing and was very attentive to each of us.
Gabi and Ante were amazingggggg. We are young and thought we would feel out of place but it was so welcoming and the tour guides were amazing. They made our day very easy and enjoyable. We also missed the queues to the park which meant it wasnt busy and made it much more peaceful and enjoyable.
Awesome experience! Great value and fun way to spend the day.
Gabriella and Ante were both great! We really enjoyed the tour, the wine tasting, and the waterfalls (of course!). I do have a few notes: 1) this is a great tour so be sure to budget basically the entire day. We booked the 10:30am start time, which worked well since we left the national park at about 5:30pm. 2) the national park’s entry road is 1 way and alternates between letting tours in and out. Fortunately, our guides were able to adjust the schedule to accommodate so that we were not waiting too long before each activity. (This actually really improved the experience in my opinion, thanks Gabriella and Ante!) But with that said, please understand that the tour can be flexible so bring a change of clothes in case you end up doing the swimming first. 3) My girlfriend and I both had our student IDs, so we only had to pay $30 ($15 each) for the national park entry, which they collect on the bus before you enter. (Get cash ahead of time!) This was in June, and I understand rates vary but do keep this in mind. Overall, highly recommend doing this if you’re staying in Split!!!
Gabi and Ante were excellent hosts, giving great personal stories and recommendations for Split and surrounding areas. The winery was a lovely experience and well worth the money, wine and food was delicious. We had plenty of time to enjoy every stop and Gabi has the foresight to change the itinerary (with the agreement of the group) to minimise waiting times and crowds. Very much recommend!
Fantastic day out with guide Gabi (local from Skradin) and Ante (driver). Day ran perfectly, change in order to avoid crowds, perfectly local knowledge and recommendations. Fantastic scenery, great pace, plenty of time. Gabi was the perfect host. Thoroughly recommended.
Gabi was a perfect balance of knowledgeable and flexible. She gave us guidance but also time to do our own thing! The waterfalls are worth the drive!
