An amazing experience with Christina and Enzo. Such gracious hosts. Great cooking experience, so much fun and delicious!!!! A must do!!! You won't be disappointed
Christina is an amazing host. She welcomed us into her home, shared her cooking secrets, and taught us all about Parma. She is extremely patient and detailed, and her generosity is abundant. Thank you to her husband, Enzo, for showing us around your garden and sharing a laugh and a meal with us. We will remember this experience forever! Thank you.
This was such a lovely experience! It was a whirlwind of a morning, both she and her husband have an incredible amount of (welcoming) energy. I felt very welcomed into their home, and it was delightful watching her run into her friends and chatting while we were out going to the market—it gave a real sense of community. I also ran into her the next day on the street, and she was lovely and friendly to me then as well. Highly recommend!
We had such an incredible time discovering the Parma markets and cooking with Cristina and her husband. They were fantastic hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time in their beautiful kitchen!
Canceled 2 days prior. Only in the city for 2 days. Left me without a tour that day. Don’t offer it if you can’t do the class.
Dear Mitzi, Thanks for pointing this out. We are sorry to read these lines, and we would like to further understand what happened, can you please send us an email at booking@cesarine.com? We will be happy to help you. Warmest regards,

Paula was a perfect host and we all had a great time and learned a lot. She took time to give us a tour of her local markets and also shared some history of Parma (a very nice, small city). We then went to her home for the hands-on cooking class and meal. It was a fabulous experience that we highly recommend to anyone who wants to add a personal touch to their vacation.
Absolutely PERFECT! If yo ever have a chance to take this with Paola DO IT!!! She is a fabulous cook with a lovely home and spouse. She is so welcoming and informative. We LOVED every minute of this experience. Parma is a beautiful city with fabulous restaurants and friendly people. So glad we added this city and tour to our vacation in Italy.
The experience involved a short walking tour around Parma and insights regarding the local food markets and important landmarks. The cooking experience was exceptional. Paula and her husband Marco are wonderful people and I was privileged to be invited in to their lovely home for the afternoon.
From start to finish we had a wonderful experience with our host and teacher, Paola! Getting some hands on experience making the tortelli was fun. Also making and eating the tiramisu was great!
