I loved the experience. The attention and punctuality of all the staff were very good. I definitely recommend it. The price was totally in line with the trip.
I absolutely loved this experience, especially the snorkeling at several of the reefs. Without a doubt, this is an experience you must have at least once in your life, as these are some of the most beautiful reefs I have ever seen. I have traveled extensively and visited many reefs around the world, but Cozumel truly has something special. The crystal clear water, vibrant marine life, and stunning coral formations make it an unforgettable destination for snorkeling enthusiasts. The only thing I would have liked is for the tour to last a little longer because I enjoyed it so much. However, considering the price, it was an excellent value and definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cozumel. It is an experience you will remember for years to come.
This tour was supposed to start at 1 o’clock and we weren’t picked up until 1:50 PM. In addition, I communicated with the tour operator the day of the tour to ask about the meal included. I was told it would be hamburgers or hotdog, and instead, we were served pineapple and cantaloupe and sliced bread with a slice of ham and some sort of slice of cheese on it not at all what was communicated. As far as the snorkeling goes, we were in each spot no more than 15 minutes. Very disappointing and not worth the money.
Tour was an unforgettable experience. The waters around Cozumel are unbelievably clear, making it perfect for snorkeling and admiring the vibrant marine life. The coral reefs are full of color and activity, and you can really appreciate why this area is considered one of the best diving spots in the world. Every stop felt like discovering a hidden treasure under the sea. The guides were professional and attentive, making sure everyone felt safe and enjoyed the experience. Overall, it’s a must-do tour if you want to explore the true beauty of Cozumel’s reefs

It was amazing to see the reef here. The tour felt a bit short to me, but the service was good and the crew was very attentive. I had some trouble finding the correct dock, but that was because I didn’t read the instructions in the tour confirmation so make sure you read them. They even serve beer on board in glass bottles, which is rare haha. My guide was Hellen, and she speaks perfect English. She was very attentive and provided excellent service.

The sky is incredible it feels like a giant natural pool. The stingrays literally swim all around you. You have to visit this place The staff’s service was excellent, especially compared to other places.
Careful! Scammers trying to take advantage of tourists who dont know spanish. After booking tour, says there is $55 usd taxed charged by local government! That's more than cost of the tour. He then has the gall to send me itemized receipts of the taxes totaling 845MXN with 2 items that listed visitax twice (325mxn and 350mxn). First of all, these tour companies arent supposed to charge visitax, especially when tourists are from cruise ships since we already paid all related port and head count taxes to the local government. And not only that his receipt listed it twice with slight verbiage change! Such greedy scammers. If they said $25 usd or something I wouldn't have questioned it. FYI, the standard marine park fee in cozumel is only 220mxn.

The three reefs we visited are some of the most incredible places I have ever seen. The sky and the surroundings make this place truly amazing. The water is crystal clear, and the waves and tide are simply indescribable. The starfish impressed me a lot, and the stingrays were truly amazing. They are not afraid; they are there with you, swimming around you as if they were expecting something from you. It is a fantastic experience. The guides are very friendly and helpful. I would love to spend more time on the island and explore more of it.
