Visite de cave Immersive - dégustation et brunch alsacien
Description
La dégustation commence au caveau. S'en suit la projection d'une vidéo explicative sur l'élaboration des vins d'Alsace (adapté aux enfants). Puis nous irons visiter la cave, ses fûts en bois plus que centenaires et vous découvrirez notre histoire familiale à travers un espace scénographique avec vidéo immersive à 180° projetée sur fûts : unique en France. Puis nous vous proposons de continuer la dégustation dans notre espace salon de thé autour d'un brunch : un assortiment de gourmandises sucrées et salées : viennoiserie, pain et confiture alsacienne, fromages alsaciens, charcuterie, salade de fruits frais, tartines salées, bowl (bibelaskaes, granola et fruits) + une boisson chaude au choix et un jus de fruit. Un guide est à votre disposition tout au long de la visite pour échanger et répondre à vos questions. Pour les enfants, ils pourront choisir sur place ! Itinéraire
Tasting begins in our wine shop, followed by a video explaining how Alsace wines are made (suitable for children). Then we visit our cellar, with its wooden barrels over a hundred years old, and you discover our family history through a scenographic space with an immersive 180° video projected onto the barrels: unique in France. We continue the tasting in our tearoom area over brunch: a glass of crémant and an assortment of sweet and salty local delicacies. I had a truly wonderful experience on the tour. The guide was knowledgeable and compassionate, making the whole experience enjoyable. The wine-tasting and relaxing brunch added a delightful touch, and I appreciated learning about winemaking and the rich culture surrounding wine. However, I would advise others to be cautious using public transportation, as there are a few train options.

The wine tasting was great, four really nice choices. The cellar tour was informative and interesting. I liked how the story was projected onto the wooden tanks. The place itself is beautifully decorated and felt cozy. The brunch was delicious and had many good options. The staff was wonderful, so welcoming and friendly. We did this tour with my 20 year old daughter who loved it too!

The event started with a guides tour through the wine cellars with two very informative short movies. During the tour you tast 6 different types of Alsace wines. Afterwards you enjoy a good brunch with sufficient food and great variety. The employees of the wine company are very kind. Tours are in French and English. The english tour starts at 10.30 so better eat something small before, because otherwise you start with drinking on an empty stomache. You don't have to swallow it, there is a crachoir available.

Great tour, guide was knowledgeable and very pleasant... we had the brunch and was so far beyond our expectations... just outstanding beautiful and alot of food!!! Highly recommend.
