Passionnés de voyages et d’architecture, Céline et Yvan ZEYSSOLFF ont visité de nombreuses caves familiales, originales et parfois d’exception. Qui ont pour toutes un thème commun : démocratiser un des plus beau patrimoine français qu’est le vin. Le domaine n’est plus utilisé uniquement comme un outil de travail, mais comme un lieu d’échange où l’on raconte le vin à travers une histoire familiale et régionale. Céline et Yvan ZEYSSOLFF, propriétaire d’un domaine riche en histoire et patrimoine, décident de créer un lieu de partage où passionnés de vins ou non, ressortent enrichis non seulement culturellement mais émotionnellement. Vous dégusterez plusieurs vins d'Alsace et une tourte alsacienne dans un cadre unique : ancienne cave familiale datant de 1850 où se mêlent histoire et modernité -présentation du fût de l'Exposition Universelle. Un petit espace cosy est aussi à votre disposition dans l'ancienne cave voûtée de la Maison. Enfants sont les bienvenus et auront un jus de raisin.

Fantastic experience! Tastings and movie first about the winery’s operational side and how they make their wine then a beautiful show on the barrels in the cellar on the winery’s history. Unbelievable imagery and so creative!!! Delicious lunch and more wines follow.

Very nice winery and interesting excursion! The staff was very friendly! They gave us a lesson on different types of wine and what makes wine in this region unique. They also have an interesting story of their winery!

Great experience! I have been to different wine experiences in other locations and I feel like I learned more at this one than any others. Our tour guide was informative and humorous. Wines were delicious. A great day!

Informative and emotionally delightful. We learned about the wines of the region and this vineyard in particular. Our winery tour was followed by a very delicious lunch; each course was served with a wine that complimented the dish.

Absolutely wonderful tour! You could feel the family love of winemaking. They did a wonderful tour for our Gate1 group including tasting 6 wines and a great lunch. We couldn't decide which wine we like the best so we shipped 4 cases home to the US. Cheers!!!

We arrived only 15 minutes late but staff ensured that we caught up with a nice introductory video. All the wines were nice and not overpriced.

Superb experience watching a film on the history of the winery. The meal was just lovely; it ended with another film which was also quite well done. Our guide was very well informed on the Alsatian wine district, the grape varieties, the production and storage timeframes. And the wines! We noticed a picture of this winery’s label on a restaurant menu in Strasbourg.

We had the winecellar tour with tasting and the 4 course meal. At first we were hesistant about the food bus we were pleasently suprised! I personally recommand everyone to do the full experience. The wines are unique and tastefull, the personel were friendly and experienced and the ambience was warm and welcoming. A fun, delicious and educational experience! A must visit in the Alsace.
