Wonderful tour with Fabio. A fantastic driver, very kind and professional. It made our visit a very special day that we will always remember. Thank you, Fabio!
Excellent service. Fabio is very professional.
Our tour began with a beautiful soul our tour driver that happy face greeting me right on time. The drive to the Ancient temples filled with knowledge and passion as our tour driver created our journey. Arriving at the ancient temples filled which such awe they are amazing. Then onwards to a lovely lunch and again our tour driver making sure everyone was looked after. Finally onwards to the Turkish steps that blew me away breathtaking. Lots of wobbly rocks but it was worth it. My 5 star review goes to our tour driver the views were amazing, but his kindness and caring nature a pleasant experience well done
The tour started at 08:00 and lasted until about 17:00. It all worked out great with the pick up, ride and return. We were a small group of 7 people and were super led by Diego a lovely Sevillano who knew a lot about the history and culture of Sicily. We were all very satisfied and I can highly recommend this Enterprise to everyone. However, I think you should extend the tour by two hours to have even more time for the magnificent temples and beautiful beach. Full score! Greetings
We used Sicily Day By Day for a daytrip to the Valley of the Temples & Turkish Steps, as well as another daytrip to Etna and also for transfers to & from the airport. Consistently great experience across all 4 bookings, the people (Damiano for Valley of the Temples, Danilo for Etna and Stefano for the transfers) were great and the booking process was really smooth. Damiano and Danilo knew their stuff and went out of their way to make sure that you had a good time. I would definitely recommend them for any excursions in Siciliy!
The sites were all great. Enjoyed the valley of temples and the steps. Great views and photo ops. Driver guide was fun and knowledgeable. Downside was the food. Lunch was at the museum fast food. Nothing fresh. I would have rather purchased my own food elsewhere. If u include a stop for lunch, it should be at a local restaurant with fresh food. In addition, we had to purchase our own tickets at the entrance of temples and wait in queue. Company should have prearranged our tickets with cost of tour. The guide could not go in with us so we were on our own for two hours. The lunch was a wasted hour. And the steps was very short. Maybe half hour at the site.
The Valley of the Temples and the Turkish Steps are one of the most beautiful hotpots in Sicily. Antonio took care of every detail to make a great experience for all of us. Everything was perfect. Antonio even took the time to take as close as possible to my apartment to spare me a 5 minutes walk under the rain.
Dear guest, Thank you so much for your review! We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed visiting the Valley of the Temples and the Turkish Steps, two of Sicily’s most beautiful spots. It was truly a pleasure to host you and ensure that your experience was perfect in every detail. It's always a pleasure to take care of our guests. We hope to welcome you again soon, and wish you many more unforgettable experiences! Warm regards, Sicily Day By Day Staff
Excursion to Agrigento Valley of the Temples/Scala dei Turchi. Angelo the Guide very prepared and helpful trip quite comfortable however only Recommendation for the Scala dei Turchi 1 hour too little time x enjoy this wonder. Recommendation also of means for transfer as some more comfortable and equipped tours for those traveling and using these tours!
I made the day trip to the temple valley and Turkish steps with snack. He came up with nothing else but to change the order and go at 11 a.m. to the Turkish steps and at 3.30 p.m. to the valley of the temples so that there was no queue to take out the entrances (the entrances are taken out by you and they give you a printed paper with what you will see inside). We almost died of the heat, we got sick out of there. The fountains were closed without water for you to buy at the bar and there were practically no shadows. Do as other tour operators take purchased tickets and give them to customers and do not take us at noon to save time on the visit. The 3rd is because both the Turkish steps and the valley of the temples are very interesting to see.
Closed to tourists, you can no longer get close and walk on the nice white steps, "because of racial danger", but actually it is because of instagram that tourists must have perfect photos and then they fall and bump themselves. The restaurants around unpleasant staff.
