Journée à Sete Cidades et Fogo Lake au départ de Ponta Delgada

Our experience in tourist excursions with ANC Azores Holidays was fantastic. The visits were very interesting and our guide, Rúben Faria, made all the difference! Ruben is super friendly, charismatic and was always very well disposed and helpful, even with the constant and unpredictable climate change in the Azores. It is a 5 star guide that we highly recommend.

This was an amazing day. It was a rainy wet day BUT our guide Ruben found the sunshine. There were only two of us on the tour and he bounced between Spanish/English/Portuguese seamlessly. He changed the agenda to suit the day/weather. It was a great day. Also the include lunch was excellent!!

Rűben was a great guide during our two day adventures around Sao Miguel. He made the island come alive with his knowledge and caring, and sense of humor. We enjoyed every moment of island life.

The green and blue lakes are beautiful. The guide Vasco knew a lot and was available for all our questions. Lunch was very tasty, the food was fresh and tasty, wine too. It was a beautiful tour.

This tour included a lot of stops for spectacular view points, as well as some opportunities to get out and walk around a lake or on the black sand beach. There were only 3 of us on the tour, myself and a couple from Spain, so our tour guide Andres had to give all of the talks in both English and Spanish. This tour did not include any hiking, but there were areas that would definitely be nice to hike.

We visited both sites and made several stops to admire the most beautiful landscapes of Sao Miguel! Magnificent day with our guide Ruben!

Fantastic, it is also the best excursion to do in a specialized vehicle. We on quads and great. The guide, Luis, made it very enjoyable. The food is also very good.

We took 2 day tours with this company and thoroughly enjoyed both of them. The views were amazing, the stops and pacing of the tours were well organized so we didn’t feel neither rushed, nor bored, guides really funny and entertaining. Surprisingly the included lunches were really tasty too, in Siete Cidades we could sample different local foods and they had excellent wine included too, in Furnas we had a meal cooked in the volcano, very tasty too. Had we made the tours on pur own, we would have missed out on many look out points and wouldn’t have gotten so much information. Highly recommend.
