À l'extérieur, vous verrez le Jet Lag Café. Notre chauffeur vous attendra à côté de ce café, muni d'un iPad sur lequel figureront le logo de FC Luxury Transfer et votre nom. Si vous arrivez au terminal B : Une fois les formalités d'immigration accomplies, vos bagages récupérés et les douanes franchies, dirigez-vous vers la sortie principale du terminal. Where they advertised as being luxury private travel was wrong. We watched multiple parties get picked up at the airport in very nice blacked out Suburban SUVs and offered drinks or snacks from the trunk upon arrival. Our driver, came around the corner in an old white expedition with no drinks or snacks offered even though the listing said we would receive. I had marked we were traveling with a 3 year old and needed a carseat. The carseat was not even installed we had to do it ourselves. After traveling since 6am with a toddler and in an extremely hot airport waiting almost an hour for our luggage to arrive, we just expected a different greeting based on how it was advertised. The driver was very kind to us and we had no issues feeling safe on the way to and from the airport to our hotel destination, however I wouldn't have paid the amount we did for what we received.
Communication was great with Felipe! Our flight was delayed so it impacted our original arrival time. There was also a lot of traffic once we landed, but he kept us advised of his arrival to PUJ. He was very personable during the transport to our hotel.
Brandol was so sweet, helpful and accommodating! We were able to use him for a few other rides too! 100% recommend

Our driver Pablo was great! However, I was told I would be getting a Suburban and ended up with an old Expedition. I then attempted to request a birthday sign and received no response. A little disappointed with my overall experience. But grateful we got to our destination safely.

No one showed up. Number listed appeared dead. Contacted via Viator Message and no one responded. I am not sure if they are in business or not so would not booked. Requested a refund as I did not use their service.

Our HONEYMOON private luxury SUV airport pickup with BRANDON was perfect and felt so luxe :) it was for our honeymoon and Brandon was waiting for us right at the airport. The company provided us with video instructions on how to get to the meeting point from security, and we then had an escort to meet our driver Brandon. So it all felt super safe and organized. The SUV was super clean and luxurious. Then Brandon provided us with free water and great tunes for the hour long ride. He's a great driver and super friendly. Highly recommend him and the company to getting you to your destination :)
