Sur votre propre VTT, en style rallye en caravane, vous suivrez votre guide conférencier jusqu'à une ferme dominicaine où vous pourrez déguster des gourmandises locales et bio. Ensuite, emmenez votre VTT vers des arrêts supplémentaires dans une incroyable grotte d'eau et sur l'inoubliable plage de Macao. Tout le temps, votre guide vous accompagnera pour assurer votre sécurité et votre confort.

Itinéraire
Après la prise en charge et le transport jusqu'au ranch de VTT (30 minutes), votre groupe se rassemblera (10 minutes) pour recevoir de brèves instructions de santé et de sécurité de notre guide touristique sympathique et compétent (15 minutes). Alors montez sur votre VTT et préparez-vous à vous amuser ! A la manière d'un rallye en caravane, vous roulerez sur des routes accidentées entre forêts et jardins tropicaux luxuriants jusqu'à la prochaine étape (25 minutes).
Sur votre VTT, vous voyagerez sur des routes accidentées entre forêts et jardins tropicaux luxuriants, en faisant un arrêt dans une ferme biologique. Ici, vous aurez l'occasion de goûter et d'en apprendre davantage sur les trésors dominicains comme le café, le thé vert, le chocolat, le mamajuana et les cigares (20 minutes). Ensuite, profitez du trajet passionnant jusqu'au prochain arrêt (25 minutes).
Pour la prochaine étape de la visite, vous conduirez votre VTT jusqu'à une grotte en eau profonde de 25 pieds. Les nageurs seront ravis de sauter dans l'eau rafraîchissante et tout le monde appréciera d'admirer la beauté de ce joyau caché (20 minutes). Ensuite, remontez sur votre VTT pour une balade passionnante vers un autre endroit magnifique (25 minutes).
Enfin, vous suivrez votre guide pendant votre route vers la spectaculaire plage de Macao. Détendez-vous et profitez des vagues et du sable, entourés de falaises calcaires (20 minutes), avant de retourner au ranch de VTT (25 minutes) où un transport vous attendra pour vous ramener à votre lieu de prise en charge (30 minutes).

This excursion was great! Our guides Max and Panda were amazing and so fun! Everything was beautiful 😍
Not our favorite it was very rushed at each area. Beach was very busy, swimming hole was very busy. They charge $10 for the bandannas if you don’t bring one. Then take you to the presentation where you get ripped off for over priced items. This was the first tour in our vacation so we quickly learned how much cheaper items were at the other places. The tour guides we had did not look out for us, it felt sketchy. The other tours we did the guides looked out for you and were good honest people.

Macao Beach and the natural cave are very popular locations, and during busy days they can become crowded. However, we understand that this can affect the overall experience, and we will review the timing of each stop with our operations team. Regarding the bandanas, they are recommended because the ATV route can be dusty, but guests are welcome to bring their own. Any purchases during the cultural presentation are completely optional, and we are sorry if you felt uncomfortable with the pricing or sales experience. This is way to commercialized - you had to wait for so many other companies to pass that you really did not enjoy the ATV itself. The places they take you are way overpriced and the Zenote there was such a long line that you could not actually enjoy it. Not enough time. They do however make sure to give you enough time to see their pictures so you can spend more money.

The tour was great and was so fun! Loved the beach and cave!
We got picked up from our hotel and brought to the buggy place. The staff from the get go were lovely, and max gave the safety speeches. We spent around 20 minutes filling in safety forms and having the briefing. We went to a coffee/cacao farm where “Skinny Boy” (his nickname) gave us a wonderful presentation of the products that The Dominican offers. They gave small samples of coffee, cacao, coconut oil and mamajuana to try and other products to pass around and smell. We didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything and we quickly went to the beach and to the cave. The cave was my favourite part, being able to jump in and swim in a natural cave. It is 25ft deep and you have to jump in as there are no steps directly into the water, but the water is refreshing. There can be a queue at the cave but we managed to time it right and jumped straight in. You do have to use a rope to pull yourself out of the water for about 1-2ft but there is someone there to pull you up. The cruising speed on the ATVs was around 30kph/20mph and our top speed as about 50kph/32mph where we could go fast in short bursts. Max was a great guide and kept us all safe and on time. Overall, our group had an amazing time and we would 100% go again. Excellent value for money. Things to look our for: -The bandanas for the dust: $10 in the shop but we didn’t use them. -wear glasses/sunglasses to avoid dust in your eyes -life jackets at the cave $2/3 to rent (cash only) -local kids will try and give high fives on the road so best to slow down around them to avoid collisions -some vendors on the beach, but will walk away if you say “no thank you”. -the tour operators take photos which you can buy after the tour, again there wasn’t any pressure.
This tour was the best tour we've been on. Max was awesome, and the entire time was fun. 10/10 recommend. If you only do one thing do this!
