- Instructions de ramassage à l'arrivée: - Votre chauffeur vous attendra à l'extérieur du terminal à la zone de la cafétéria, tenant une pancarte avec votre nom: Terminal B : Cafétéria "Refugio". Terminal A : Cafétéria "Jetlag". - Une fois que vous avez vos bagages et que vous êtes sur le départ, veuillez nous contacter afin que nous puissions envoyer le véhicule à votre rencontre. - Nous vous enverrons une photo du conducteur et du véhicule pour vous aider à les identifier facilement. - Inclus Transport: Vous serez transporté dans un véhicule privé climatisé (SUV, MiniVan, ou Berline selon la taille du groupe). - Ce service inclut uniquement les transferts vers les hôtels de la région de Punta Cana. They were very easy to communicate with and provided seamless transfer from the airport to the resort.
Great all around experience. From the moment we landed we received instructions on where to meet up for pickup transportation. The staff personnel were very friendly and courteous. I felt safe especially traveling with a five year old. They drove at safe speeds and we had the entire minivan to ourselves. The minivan was very clean and stocked with water bottles.
Miguel Vielma is very kind, patient and plays good music. He is easy on the eyes. Bonus to leaving.

Booked with Glen after our prior booking was canceled. We arrived at the meeting point and my name was not on a sign and the representative did not have my name or know that we were coming. We booked a private transfer and had to sit for 30 minutes waiting on a driver. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Our driver, Danilo, was fantastic and did a great job getting us to our resort safely. I understand things happen but having to rebook the day before and then arriving to mess....not very happy with. The first impression of Glen.
