Unfortunately, this excursion was a real disappointment and, in our opinion, was heavily oversold by TUI. The “unlimited drinks” were extremely watered down and tasted more like juice than alcohol, which seemed to encourage you to purchase premium drinks in USD. The music was also just a streaming playlist, complete with adverts, and to make matters worse, the music repeatedly cut out, stopped and started throughout the excursion. This really took away from the atmosphere and made the experience feel far less professional than you would expect. Photography was offered throughout the trip. To be fair, the photographer was on point and took some genuinely good photos. However, we were never given the prices upfront before the photos were taken. It felt like the idea was to take as many photos as possible and hope that, if you liked one or two, you would be willing to pay whatever the price turned out to be afterwards. There were definitely some good vibes, but overall the experience felt more like a money-making scheme than a premium excursion. For the price we paid, we expected considerably more. TUI seriously oversold this experience, and unfortunately, we would not say it was worth the money.

The drinks tasted more like juice than rum punch, and there was a lot of pressure to upgrade to stronger drinks or buy a bottle. The music was okay if you knew the songs, but it was constantly interrupted by adverts, which really ruined the atmosphere. They also take pictures of you while you’re on board without clearly telling you the price beforehand. The shots were $15 for the smallest shot I’ve ever seen, which is ridiculous. I’ve done it once, but I definitely wouldn’t do it again. Honestly, TUI has been a joke throughout this whole holiday, and this was just another disappointment.

the experience was pretty good, the checking in process was kind of quick. but the loading of the boat was kind of hectic there were alot of people everywhere not paying attention to the guides so alot of people were confused and didnt knoe where to go. I did the birthday section which was fun except the section was shared with another group of people, the high vibes employees had alot on their plates but they did their best to make sure our party had everything we needed and that we were comfortable, and having a good time. there was no drama just good vibes, beautiful views, good music and meeting so many cool people from all over the world. this is definitely a social event and is better if you are a social person to mingle with people you may not know. my birthday sign came out perfect with my picture on it. overall i had a great time and do recommend music/party people to book this.
