Wonderful experience by our driver. He was professional, courteous and punctual as we had a 6:00 a.m. departure to the airport from our hotel. The vehicle was new and extremely clean.

Excellent transportation to Quebec City from the airport. Driver was prompt, patient, responsive and knowledgeable. We are so glad we did not need to navigate this transport ourselves and felt at ease and comfortable at all times.

Always on time,, even at 3am. You can never be sure that a pickup will be on time. Not only is Viatot always on time but ahead of time on some instances.

Was told by Isabelle that our driver would meet us in the port terminal, however he (Bob) never walked by the entrance or entered the terminal. After reaching out inquiring his whereabouts, were we informed he was outside in a different area. Port security would not permit us to exit the terminal until our driver arrived or had a solid arrival time. A different driver walked by multiple times with another party’s name, so why could our driver not make this minimal attempt. It is important to provide accurate information to patrons when booking.

That particular day was especially chaotic, as limousines were not permitted to use the dedicated lane as usual, which unfortunately complicated logistics and delayed the meeting with your driver. Her English was very good. She is an excellent driver. She was good company. Answered all of our questions. She made the drive very pleasant and relaxing. Also she was there a bit early, but not too early. I’m sorry that I have forgotten her name.
