I have done a few airport transfers and this was seamless. They were exactly where they said they would be at the airport and only took 5-10 minutes from the time we found them until were were in our van and in our way. Pickup was great too, they arrived within 5 minutes of the time and we got to the airport with plenty of time (2 hours beforehand was plenty of time). I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again!

We arrived April 22, 2026, and was transported to the Miches area (Secrets). My driver went above and beyond. We located a phone left behind from the previous passengers and he cared enough to ask permission from us, to turn around and take the phone back to the owners. He was very professional. The van was clean and he made sure to assist us with our luggage. We arrived safely to our destination. I would definitely recommend HQT to others and will be using them again.

Easy to find at the airport and driver was very nice. The transport vehicle was very clean also. Would definitely recommend.
We paid $280 a private round-trip transfer to our hotel . When we arrived and finally found where the tour company was staged, there was no representative present. We waited 10 to 15 minutes and then the young lady finally showed up and was not pleasant at all. We then waited another almost 30 minutes for our driver. When the driver arrived, he was nice, but didn’t even have water in the car to offer us. The return ride back to the airport at the end of our trip was much better. The driver arrived early was very friendly offered us various beverages and other amenities. He definitely l made me feel better about the company.
Driver was super friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed by 4hrs and we were concerned we would be left without transportation but our driver kept in touch and patiently waited. I will always use this service. They go above and beyond to provide best customer service.
Pick up from Punta Cana airport went very smooth. Ride to our hotel was 1.5 hours and our driver Sammy was great!
