It was so easy to get the Lufthansa bus at the Munich airport to go to the Munich train station based on the information Viator gave in the email. The only thing is the driver had never seen anything like our email before with the QR code on it, but once he scanned it, it was all good! Thank you for making our travels easier.

We waited for the bus, it came a few minutes late. Driver put our cases in the luggage hold. We got on, the journey into Munchen was quick and interesting. We got off and walked to our hotel. Alles in Ordnung!

Unfortunately we had to wait more than two Busses to get a seat! The people queuing were easily more than 60people. Every of those Busses have been Late about 5-10 min - so it is impossible to plan your train connection! They don’t leave on time according to the schedule. And furthermore the driver thought he was “God” to decide how the customers had to behave. He was super rude “moove away from the door - back, back!” and he even said literally “I decide who enters when and how”. An old lady has been super insecure. It’s a petty him to represent German as first contact and also for LH. In the end we took a taxi. Safe your money and go with public S-Bahn.

A bit confused as to where to pick it up but got there in the end. Stops opposite the main station which was good.

While the ride was fine the driver was extremely rude and hurried during pick-up. His tone and body language was confrontational and very negative.
