I would highly recommend this transfer service from the airport into Quebec if you want a guarantee you'll reach your destination. We were originally supposed to land at 10:12 p.m., but with two flights delayed, I texted the company to let them know we weren't sure what time we'd arrive. With more than an hour's delay, we were delighted to see our driver cheerfully waiting for us. The Lincoln Navigator was comfortable with complimentary water bottles, and our driver gave us many restaurant suggestions on the way into town. More expensive than a taxi, yes, but worth it for peace of mind.

Thankfully, they waited because our plane was late. The gentleman helped us with our luggage into the car.He also helped us with our luggage into the building.He was fabulous would that work

I had an appointment that I need to make a few hours after my flight was scheduled to land but i was concerned about getting car service in a new city/country so i bookef this service. I ended up over estimated how long it would take to go through customs in Quebec city (by over 1.5 hours). I texted my contact and they contacted the driver. The driver was actually near the airport and arrived very quickly, so quickly I was still sitting and having a coffee so the driver met me, took my bags and told me that whenever I was ready to come outside to the car. He was incredibly friendly and got me to the hotel quickly with no fuss. So nice!

Giles was very much a gentleman and welcomed us to Quebec warmly when he picked us up at the airport. He drove us around our hotel area as a bonus! After a rough day of travel it was so nice not to have to figure out how to get to our hotel.
