Détails du ramassage La prise en charge est incluse dans la plupart des hôtels et complexes de la région de Bávaro–Punta Cana. Pour la région de Cap Cana, vous devez demander un pass d'accès afin que nous puissions entrer dans la propriété. Le transport n’est pas inclus pour les réservations effectuées le jour même ou pour les hébergements situés dans les zones de Friusa ou Verón – les clients doivent dans ces cas arriver au point de rendez-vous par leurs propres moyens. La veille de votre visite, vous recevrez une confirmation avec l'heure exacte de prise en charge et si ce sera dans le hall de votre hôtel ou à la porte de sécurité. Dans la plupart des hôtels, les ramassages se font à la porte de sécurité, à moins que vous ne demandiez et obteniez un laissez-passer d'accès spécial pour nous permettre d'atteindre le hall. Les ramassages commencent généralement dans une fenêtre d'une heure avant le début de la visite, mais dans certains hôtels, ils peuvent commencer jusqu'à 2 heures avant la visite en raison de la logistique et de plusieurs arrêts de ramassage. Veuillez être prêt à l'endroit confirmé 5 minutes avant l'heure prévue de la prise en charge. Notre chauffeur prendra une photo du hall ou de la porte à l'arrivée. Si vous n’êtes pas présent dans les 10 minutes, cela sera considéré comme une non-présentation. Les non-présentations ne sont pas remboursables.

This is very touristy. Everywhere you go you have to wait. We signed up for a a small group, but they put your small group in with a larger group and everywhere you go you have to wait and they’re all places that are tourist traps trying to sell you things. The atv was fine. Then the 2nd stop was a cenote, but there were 75 people trying to get the same small cenote. We ended up not getting in. Then you wait for everybody to get back to their ATVs then we went to a beach that was the same as our Resort Beach, but a bunch of locals trying to sell you things for 30 minutes. It was about 3 1/2 hours of hot sweaty waiting. And 1 hour of riding an atv.
It was just ok. They are not very organized. They tried to separate our small group of 7. The cenote was cool but it was very crowded and rushed. Because we were originally separated, some I never received instructions or rules for the driving portion and the group was penalized because I passed a slower rider to catch up with my group. The guide just slowed the entire driving portion. Once we were done, it took nearly an hour for our driver to return. I'm not saying don't do it. Just be aware of the things that can happen.
You start off by driving to a gift shop where they give you a small presentation of cocoa, coffee, and mamajuana. You then walk over to small cave river experience. This cave took us by surprise as it was fairly deep but they provide life jackets. The cave was really cool and such a fun experience. After that you drive over to Macao Beach which was sooooo beautiful! There are many vendors their offering photography sessions, food, drinks, and souvenirs. Overall great experience. The only thing I’d say is some of the buggy’s need maintenance as they were leaking fluids or completely out of alignment, ours was luckily fine but you could see other guests struggling to drive their buggy’s.
This was the highlight of our trip. Swimming in the cenote after getting all muddy is a must try. absolutely Amazing experience!!!! 10/10 will 100% recommend.

We got picked up promptly, however, the bus was over capacity. We had seats but others had to either stand or try and fit 3 to a 2 person seat. Once you arrive you must fill out paperwork and then they bring you to the hut/gift shop to wait. While waiting you think you are going to be talking to your guide when in fact it is a salesman trying to sell you merchandise from the gift shop. We waited probably another 30-40 min before we actually were in our buggies. You have to bring your own sunglasses and face coverings (I saw other excursions where you did not). You will get muddy but we knew this in advance. The buggies are not well maintained, but they were worked fine for what we paid for a family of 4. It would have been nice had they made sure all drivers knew how to drive. We had someone in front of us who did NOT know how to drive so we got separated from the group on several occasions. Coffee tasting was informative, the cave was crowded but my daughter and I still managed to jump into the water. Macao Beach was beautiful but smelly. Again, they have people on the beach trying to sell you things. We returned and were able to look at the pictures they took and purchase if you would like. You have to purchase all the pictures. I would negotiate a price. ;) It took time for the bus to pick us up to bring us back so you have to be patient. All in all we would do it again based on the deal we got. We were a family of 4 and had a lot of fun! We left at 11am and didn't get back until around 5pm so it is a complete days excursion.
