Excursion Le Parrain et à Taormine au départ de Messine
Description
Taormina et Savoca tour est l'un des tours les plus passionnants de la journée en Sicile de Messine (port ou centre-ville) en particulier pour les amoureux du Parrain. Depuis le point de départ, nous atteindrons l'ancienne ville de Savoca Sicile, un merveilleux village médiéval, nommé l'un des plus beaux villages d'Italie. Vous commencerez une petite visite de Savoca, sur les traces du film Godfather de F.F. Coppola, à qui une statue est dédiée sur la place panoramique du village. Cette place est très populaire également pour accueillir le célèbre bar Vitelli. Nos guides vous expliqueront son histoire et ses fêtes. Puis nous partirons pour Taormine, connue sous le nom de « Perle de la Méditerranée ». Vous pourrez vous promener dans son ancien Corso Umberto, qui a récemment été l'un des emplacements du Lotus Sicile blanc pour la saison 2. Nous vous attendons, nous sommes prêts à vous accueillir pour vivre ensemble avec nous l'expérience fantastique de la tournée Taormina et Savoca, vous ne le regretterez pas!

C'est un temple impressionnant, le deuxième en taille pour les églises de Messine
Dans le cimetière de ce monument ont été tournés quelques-unes des scènes de la saga Le Parrain.
La rue principale de Taormine où les principaux monuments sont situés.
Le site principal de Savoca préserve la structure d'origine comme vu dans la saga Le Parrain.
Situé dans la partie sud de Taormina, il fait partie du deuxième système de murs de défense de la ville.
La cathédrale a été construite vers 1400 sur les ruines d'une église médiévale, dédiée à Saint Nicola di Bari

Very enjoyable day with informative guide through Godfather village of Savoca and then through pretty Taormina - just the right amount of time in each. Be prepared for lots of walking, although shade and refreshments always nearby.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Discover Messina Sicily, and Julia and Vito made the day truly unforgettable! Julia was an incredible guide. She was extremely knowledgeable not only about The Godfather movies, but also about Sicily, its history, culture, and the places we were visiting. She had a great way of telling the stories that made everything feel alive and kept all of us completely engaged throughout the day. She was also incredibly accommodating with our toddler, which made a huge difference for our family. By the end of the tour, somehow Julia had even turned all of us into fans of the Messina football team! 😂⚽️🇮🇹 And then there’s Vito… Vito might be the best driver I’ve ever had on a tour. Watching him navigate the Sicilian roads was like watching Jason Statham in The Transporter mixed with Jason Bourne. 😂 He handled everything with incredible confidence and skill while still making us feel completely safe and comfortable. Honestly, watching him drive was almost an attraction itself! Julia and Vito were the perfect team. They gave us an amazing look at Sicily, made us laugh, taught us a ton, and made the entire day feel personal rather than like we were just being taken from one tourist stop to another. If you’re a Godfather fan, or even if you’re just looking for a fantastic way to experience Sicily, I highly recommend Discover Messina Sicily. And if you can get Julia and Vito as your guide and driver, you’ve hit the jackpot. Thank you, Julia and Vito, for an incredible day! We’ll definitely remember it for a long time. 🇮🇹❤️
This was one of our favorite excursions. Our guide Katia and driver Peppe were excellent. Katia was very knowledgeable about the region and provided so many informative details about the GF movie and sites.

It was amainzg!! The communication before as far as meeting place and direction were great. Katia and our driver, Giacomo were outstanding and made the tour even better. Katia gave each of us a delicious cookie and provided us with a bottle water which was a bonus. Her knowledge was excellent and her deliverance was well understood. I would Totally recommend this tour and specifically with this duo.

A tremenous time with exceptional guides. Katia the Guide and Jacobo the driver were phenomenal. Every part of this trip was centered on celebrating the historical, cultural and geographical charm of Sicily, while also caring about the tourists at the same time. Yes, Savoca was hot, as was Taoromina, but the trip was worth every minute! The smiles, the laughter, the eagerness to share about a truly magical place made each person in our group: My parents (early 80s), my husband and I and our daughter had a BLAST!! Katia knows what she is doing, and the driver as well. The communication from beginning, middle and end, was clear, concise and catered to the folks in the comfortable, airconditioned van. We also enjoyed the lovely cookies and the bottled water :) We'll be back, and we'll be in touch with this amazing DISCOVER MESSINA again!
