Description

Commencez votre journée par un safari en montgolfière au lever du soleil sur la magnifique vallée de la rivière Magalies, à l'ouest du barrage Hartbeespoort. En activité depuis 1981, Bill Harrop’s Balloon Safaris «Original» combine 45 ans d’expérience en montgolfière et une chaleureuse hospitalité sud-africaine depuis son site de lancement privé près de Skeerpoort. Profitez de boissons chaudes et de biscuits pendant la préparation des ballons, suivis d'un vol en montgolfière partagé d'environ une heure. Après l'atterrissage, célébrez avec du vin mousseux et du jus d'orange avant de retourner au pavillon et restaurant Clubhouse pour un Petit-déjeuner buffet. L'expérience complète dure environ 3 à 4 heures. Comme chaque vol est déterminé par le vent et les conditions météorologiques de la journée, il n'y a jamais deux safaris en ballon identiques.

• Veuillez prévoir environ 3 à 4 heures pour l'expérience complète, y compris l'enregistrement, la préparation du ballon, le vol d'environ une heure, la célébration après le vol, le transfert aller-retour au pavillon et restaurant Clubhouse, et Petit-déjeuner.
• Tous vols dépendent de la météo. La décision finale de voler est prise par le pilote en fonction des conditions du jour.
• Votre heure d'arrivée confirmée sera fournie avec votre confirmation de réservation. Il est essentiel d'arriver à l'heure, les vols en ballon ne pouvant être retardés pour les passagers en retard.
• Les passagers doivent être en assez bonne forme physique pour monter et sortir du panier à ballons, qui mesure environ 1 350 mm de haut, sans assistance. Les passagers doivent également pouvoir sauter d'environ 60 cm d'une position assise sans assistance et rester debout pendant environ une heure.
• Les passagers enceintes ne peuvent pas participer.
• Adultes (+ 18) seulement
• Veuillez nous informer de tout besoin alimentaire avant le vol. Des options végétariennes et du vin mousseux sans alcool sont disponibles. La restauration halal et casher ne peut être assurée.
• Il s'agit d'une expérience de montgolfière partagée et non exclusive.
• Le vol a lieu au-dessus de la vallée de la rivière Magalies et n'inclut pas le visionnement du jeu.
• Les animaux ne sont pas admis dans les véhicules de société ou les ballons.

Must do experience!

Incredible experience! The staff are very well trained and friendly. It feels like a big family. The balloon trip was awesome! Beautiful views, experienced pilot and the buffet breakfast afterwards was delicious! Spoil yourself and make a booking!

Must do Hot Air Ballon experience

This was our first hot air balloon experience and it was fantastic. The crew at Bill Harrop’s look after you so well. When we arrived at 4.45am they were already set up with tea, coffee and homemade muffins. We sat on the porch and watched while the balloon was being set up. We boarded and set off (after safety instruction) ever so gently and cruised peacefully over the valley while the sun tried to peak out behind the clouds on the horizon. It was a thoroughly enjoyable ride and even the landing was just a couple of minor bumps thanks to the very experienced pilot Flip Steyn. Flip was great and filled us in on the history and local landmarks. Once we returned to the club house there was a magnificent breakfast waiting for us , the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the facilities are great, making this altogether a very memorable experience.

Up up and away!

Wow! What an experience, from arriving early enough to see the balloon being inflated to take off and the flight across Skeerpoort. Not what I expected at all. A gentle glide across the sky, it was remarkable. Pilot - Flip Steyn was great, he gave us interesting facts about the history of ballooning, mixed with a great sense of humour. The venue is beautiful and the breakfast was brilliant. Definitely something to put on your buck list.

Romentic, fantastic👌👌👌

It was my first experience and a great adventure, had a great time, I thought it was scary but it was actually nice for me and my wife, very romentic👌👌👌

It was amazing, the Pilot...

It was amazing, the Pilot was very informative and polite. The breakfast was also delicious, i definitely recommend Bill Harrop's original hot air balloon as the ideal hot air balloon company to use.
