I never knew making pasta was so easy. We had an amazing time getting our hands dirty with dough. Then the final product with the delicious preparations by Palo brought it over the top delicious.
Paola was an excellent teacher! We had a great time learning to make pasta and the food and wine were amazing!

Amazing experience, with a super friendly and knowledgeable host who is a professional chef! The place is their own private home, very genovese and cute - very aesthetic. Good times, good laughs, and great pasta! Highly recommended!
We had a really great time! The chef guided us through the preparation of the perfect egg pasta and then away with so many types of regional stuffed pasta that we look forward to replicating at home. And last but not least, he cooked what we produced with our own hands, 3 delicious first courses. It was creative and fun relaxing and we really recommend it to everyone. To the next course!! Wonderful experience! We learned how to make different types of stuffed pasta and the perfect way to make it by taking home lots of tips to replicate everything. The super nice and kind chef really 2 hours of pure joy. I highly recommend it (including the final coocking that was served with mouth-watering condiments). We'll be back for the focaccia course!
We had a great time making our own pasta. We learned a lot about different Pasta types. The atmosphere was great and we felt very welcome. In the end we had a delicious lunch! We would totally recommend the class, it will definitely stay a great memory in our hearts :))
