Very relaxed time, easy to follow, authentic recipes and great atmosphere. Enjoyed our instructor Chef Bobby; would definitely recommend this experience.

Chef Rene was awesome, very helpful, informative and fun! We had previously gone to a demonstration and wanted to do the hands on cooking. We had a great time and really enjoyed the food and the whole experience. We made gumbo, shrimp and grits and bananas foster! So yummy! We will do it again when we visit again!
What a fun class!! I love that it brings a group of strangers together and by the end after laughing and cooking together yiu feel as though you made new friends. Austin was great!! Thank you for sharing your joy of cooking with all of us.
We LOVE to hear reviews like this. This is the whole point!
Staff was very friendly, dishes were delicious!! Loved the cultural context and knowledge nuggets by Chef Austin. Great way to meet people on vacation!
Thank you for taking the time to review. You are right! We have had guests become life long friends in the class!
This was a wonderful experience. The chief was helpful and entertaining. I would highly recommend this hands on cooking class.
Great experience. Great date night activity. Not only learned about the food we made and how to cook it, but learned a lot about New Orleans history and culture. Chef Lynn was a great host and teacher.
Cooking experience was awesome
If you are looking for a fun way to connect with food, DO THIS!!! We went to the evening hands on demonstration and were there for 3 hours and it was amazing. Chef Austin was not only knowledgeable but he was funny and engaging and we can’t wait for more of our family members to do this! We are locals (anlmost everyone else were tourists) but the size of the class was perfect and everyone was so nice. The meal and wine were DELICIOUS!!! You won’t be disappointed! My daughter in law gifted this and it was the PERFECT gift for Christmas, birthday, etc.
That means so much to us! We love when our locals come out to support us. Thank you!
The class was great. Chef Erick did a good job. We have done quite a few similar classes and this was as good or better than any others. The meal that we prepared was fantastic- can’t wait to get home and try the recipes.
We are so happy you enjoyed your time here! Let us know how it turns out!
Chef Eric was humorous, personal, and informative. There were 6 of us in this class. We made bbq shrimp with cheese grits, chicken and andouille gumbo, and banana foster with crepes and fire and ice cream. Lots of fun with chef, the cleanup staff, and other participants. Total time was over three hours to prep and cook the entrees, then eat our efforts, cook the banana foster and crepes. The chef provided the ice cream, rum and fire. All 6 of us had an enjoyable time. My wife and are including another class there when we return to New Orleans.
