Faire du vélo, parler et manger. C'est ce que nous aimons et ce que nous faisons. Si notre entreprise cessait d'exister, vous nous trouveriez toujours en train de faire du vélo, de parler et de manger, sans perdre le rythme.
Nous avons la chance d'être dans un endroit où cela est une vie pleine, en fait, même le simple fait de manger est une vie pleine et rassasiante.
Notre nourriture n'est pas seulement un élément déterminant de l'identité et de la culture de notre ville, mais de la nôtre en tant que peuple. Comment nous préparons tous notre gombo, quelle viande nous choisissons de mettre dans nos haricots rouges, quelles épices sont dans notre ragoût de fruits de mer ou quel stand de boules de neige est le meilleur. C'est ainsi que nous apprenons à nous connaître à la Nouvelle-Orléans.
Venez affamés, nous nous occuperons du reste. Nous connaissons les rues pittoresques, nous connaissons les plats les plus savoureux et vous finirez rassasiés et inspirés par la nourriture, les boissons et la musique de la ville, pour lesquelles nous avons une tonne de conseils, car vous pouvez toujours compter sur la gentillesse des inconnus à vélo.

Notre ville elle-même est l'attraction ! Ce que nous faisons, c'est en profiter ensemble.
Nous commençons dans un parc sous nos vieux chênes, nous traversons à vélo des quartiers historiques locaux vieux de 200 ans avec leurs couleurs et leur expression extérieure qui nous sont propres. Les rues regorgent de quelque chose pour tous vos sens... sauf le goût, ne goûtez pas nos rues, gardez cela pour les arrêts pour manger.
Nous visitons trois de nos restaurants préférés, ceux que nous apprécions nous-mêmes. La nourriture est une autre partie de l'expérience, et nous vous proposons de nombreuses expériences tout au long du chemin.
Vous ne verrez pas de « site », mais le Seigneur est partout tout au long du chemin et de tout le circuit.

Fabulous food, wonderful views, hilarious guide
This was an amazing tour and Jeff was such an amazing guide! We were a group of 14, but he went out of his way to make the process as seamless as possible despite taking on a larger group than normal. There was even a hilariously decorated bike for my partner’s birthday! The food was fabulous and Jeff told us so many interesting facts about the history and culture while eating. The last stop had a beautiful view of the Mississippi River while ate our po boys on some benches outside. If you want a fun tour of the beautiful neighborhoods while getting to experience good food as a local instead of a tourist, I would 100% recommend this experience, and tell Jeff we said hi!

Fun excursion
A fun bike ride through NOLA, with delicious foods, and a knowledge guide. So much good food!

outstandingly delicious
This was an excellent experience. The guide, Jeff, was fun, interactive, informative on the history of New Orleans & its fantastic foods. The food was outstandingly delicious. Left the tour full & even had some leftovers. No one will beat Loretta's praline stuff beignets.

A Great Way to Spend a Day Seeing New Orleans!
Consistent with the reviews I had read, this was an outstanding tour. We were a group of 4 friends, 2 of us with lots of experience in NOLA and 2 first time visitors. Jeff worked with us before the tour to custom design an all-day experience that covered both culinary highlights as well a creole culture and history and added a contemporary flair. Our cruiser bikes were comfortable and we were provided with helmets, bottles of water and basic, sensible safety instructions to avoid cars and the city's many potholes! As guide, Jeff is a terrific conversationalist and story-teller who engages riders with his knowledge of what makes NOLA such an interesting, unique and quirky place. All of us left the tour more informed about this unique city, its culture and traditions and feeling well fed too! This was a great way to spend a day. 10/10.

Mark, I am glad I finally checked out these old reviews, the custom tour we did together was a thrill for me also...I was due to a trip back the the Backstreet Cultural Museum and Angelo Brocatto's, so going it with y'all was perfect. I could have hung out with you all day, and actually we did! I think 6.5 hours made it our longest custom tour, and it certainly didn't feel that long to me.
Hope to see you again where we can do 6 hours in the other direction!
