Le point de rencontre se situe à Alpseestraße 2, 87645 Schwangau, à l'arrêt de bus public. Le stationnement (frais de stationnement non inclus) est disponible dans les parkings P3 et P1 situés en face. Si vous arrivez en bus, prenez la ligne 78,73 à 8h35 depuis la gare de Füssen. Heure de début : 16.Octobre - 31 mars de 9h00 à 13h00.Avril - 15.10h00 octobre. Votre bon est valable uniquement avec votre guide. N'oubliez pas d'apporter votre bon d'échange lors de la visite. Veuillez ne pas vous rendre au guichet ni à l'entrée du château ; vous devez échanger votre bon auprès de votre guide.La visite n'aura lieu qu'avec un minimum de 10 personnes. La visite peut être annulée en cas de maladie imprévue.
Votre guide personnel vous retrouvera à l'arrêt de bus public situé à Alpseestraße 2, 87645 Schwangau. Ensuite, si la navette circule, nous irons ensemble au Marienbrücke (pont de Marie) pour prendre de superbes photos avec vue sur le château de Neuschwanstein. Ensuite, vous irez ensemble au château. Tout au long de votre lecture, vous découvrirez des aspects passionnants de l'histoire du roi Louis II. Les billets ont déjà été réservés. Votre guide vous accompagnera jusqu'à l'entrée et vous aidera à passer le scanner. Une fois que votre guide vous aura accompagné jusqu'à l'entrée, il vous laissera et des guides officiels du château vous attendront pour une visite guidée de 35 minutes avec audioguide, vous n'avez donc pas à vous inquiéter. Tout est organisé pour que vous profitiez pleinement de l'expérience !

We had a wonderful experience on the Neuschwanstein Castle Tour. Everything was perfectly organized, and the included Skip-the-Line ticket and bus shuttle made the visit completely stress-free and easy. A special thanks to our guide, Augin, who was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. He shared fascinating stories about King Ludwig II, the history of the castle, Bavaria, and the surrounding area, making the tour both informative and enjoyable. The audio guide can also be easily changed to different languages, which was very convenient. Augi was amazing. He met us at the bus, and led us through each leg of our tour carefully and with a lot of knowledge! He was very friendly and helpful, and recognized when the path was too strenuous for us. He told us where we could wait to rest and rejoin easily. Augi made a personal connection with everyone on the tour and I was very pleased. It was so nice to not worry about time deadlines or where to enter. I would fully recommend this tour!

A must-have for the castle! Thanks to the saved waiting time (given the international crowds) and the great guide, we really felt like we could fully experience the castle.

We had a fantastic experience. Our tour guide, Augin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He met us at the bus stop as mentioned in the getyourguide description. My family of 5 were the only people who booked the tour but Augin still gave us the tour instead of canceling it. He sat by us on the shuttle and gave us some great facts about the castle and surrounding area. When we stopped at the Queen Mary Bridge, he patiently took pictures and videos of us, making sure that we got the shots that we wanted. He was very kind and patient with our 3 kids under the age of 8. The views on the bridge were breathtaking! Definitely a must see if you visit Neuschwanstein Castle. The castle tour was short but vary informative. The interior is amazing. We loved every second of this experience.
