Si vous choisissez l'aller-retour, une fois que vous arrivez à votre hôtel et que vous obtenez votre chambre assignée, veuillez en informer notre représentant de l'aéroport par téléphone ou par e-mail ou par chat, étant donné que l'hôtel demande à notre chauffeur ces informations pour la prise en charge à l'hôtel et permettre l'entrée.

We prepaid for our trip to the resort and return to the airport. No problems getting to the resort, but they would not honor the prepay for the return trip to the airport with absolutely no explanation that made sense. In the "green checked" area, it says the reservation cannot be changed, but it does state "Once you set pick up time and date for return transfer from hotel to airport with our airport representative there will be no changes on pick up time or date due to logistic problems". Prepaid should have said it all, but they refused to honor the ticket, and we had to pay a taxi to return to the airport. This is called DISHONESTY. Why would it let you choose a pickup spot if it really wasn't available as an option. There were 3 Cozu-shuttles at the resort at the time we had to pay for a taxi, but they refused our ticket.

Staff and drivers were prompt and gracious. No problems on the round trip.
Overall great experience. Van was ready for us when we arrived. Clean and comfortable van. Had also booked return service and the van arrived on time and again was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend as was very reasonably priced.

This service was very helpful and polite. Just walk out the airport doors and look for the green shirts! Efficiency and kind service all the way around. I booked before my trip and that seemed great. Thank you 😊
The vehicles were right outside the airport and easy to locate. People were available and willing to help. Waited 5-10 minutes before leaving, and the trip was smooth. Would use them again for sure.
