Visite privée de Monreale et Cefalù au départ de Palerme

I corresponded with Francesco and was very clear that I wanted a tour in English with a tour guide who would take us to Monreale and Cefalu. I did not receive the services I expected. A driver (and assistant) picked us up timely and drove us to Monreale. The assistant pointed to the Monreale Cathedral and told us through Google translate that we had 1.5 hours. There were plenty of tour guides explaining things in the Cathedral. We had no guide or explanation of what we were seeing. They then drove us to Cefalu and told us we had 2.5 hours. Again, they pointed in the direction we should walk, but did not accompany us or provide us with any guidance as to what we should see. We arrived at the Cefalu Cathedral at 12:40, but the church is closed from 1-3:30pm (when we were on our way back to Palermo). This company provided fine transportation, but this is not a guided tour. For us, it was not what we were looking for and can’t recommend it.

Great private van tour to Monreale and Cefalu. Highly recommend over a large group and bus. Cost is about 100 euros less if booked directly with the company. Last week we had a tour to Agrigento Valley of the Temples with a different company. The mini van turned out to be a 50 passenger bus which showed up 90 minutes late. We only had 1 hour at the Valley. Very poorly managed tour. Asked for a full refund.

The driver was prompt and took us everywhere we wanted to go. Unfortunately we booked a tour in English and the driver and co-driver did not speak any English. We paid for an English tour and the tour guide was unable to communicate anything to us about what we were seeing or where we were going. It was not a tour with a tour guide, it was just a ride in a van.

Very kind driver and very clean and comfortable car, great conversation during the journey from monreale to Cefalù. Francesco gave us very useful tips on where to have lunch in Cefalù. Great experience. A tour I will remember with pleasure. Note on monreale : Super view!!!

Francesco very helpful to satisfy all our requests! We fell in love with Cefalù with its medieval streets and its cathedral with its square where we had a great aperitif! Very comfortable car and really impeccable service! We had the opportunity to go on an amazing hike ❤️

The visit to Cefalu was wonderful! The driver welcomed us in a super welcoming and nice way! Impeccable auro and fortunately there was no traffic on the highway; it also deserves the view from Monreale!! The cathedral inside leaves amazed by its beauty

Really wonderful places. The taxi driver is a really friendly, sociable and responsible and honest person, who these days is not to be underestimated. During the trips he entertained us friendly also making us a tour guide. The car was comfortable, neat and clean. The first time I used this service and it will certainly not be the last , when I need it again
