The bus arrived on time, me and my family had a good time, we learned about Miami’s history, the tour guide was nice and we’ve spent funny moments
Just wanted to give a shout out to my bus driver Ariel as he was funny and kind just a great driver and got us around safely. The tour was great and we’ll definitely be back.
The first time we tried to ride the bus, there was little information about where the pick up was and no one really knew anything when we asked. I rescheduled with customer service and when we get there, they tell us we were a no show for the day before and had to wait to see if they had enough room. We were able to ride but it was the lack of communication on their end.

Excellent guide with a lot of knowledge for the city, enthusiasm, humor and good timing in everything. We’ve had some technical challenges due to the rain but the team tried the best to give us the correct experience.
Our guide Armando and driver Felix were great! Absolutely enjoyed it and would recommend to others to do the tour as well. We loved Armando jokes, knowledge and sense of humor he was GREAT THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
We had such a great experience on our Miami tour, and Joel made it even better. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the tour fun from beginning to end. He explained the history and interesting facts about each place really well, and you could tell he enjoys what he does. He also made sure everyone felt included and answered questions with a smile. If you’re taking this tour, I definitely recommend having Joel as your guide. He made the experience memorable, and I would happily take another tour with him!
