Rosella and Guiseppe were the best! This was such an amazing experience, sooo delicious. Rosella makes the best cannolis ever! Highly recommend!! Great people!
We walked off the ship into a small local section to meet with Cesarina. Cesarina meet us at the meeting point and took us into the local outdoor market to pick out the fresh vegetables to use to cook for the day. We then were transported to her home high in the hills overlooking the sea. From there we had espresso and chatted, learned about what we were going to cook and eat. From that point we began prepping the vegetables, making fresh dough for the fresh past, making the sauce and doing it all while having a blast. We got to meet Cesarina’s family and began to really feel right at home and it was just wonderful. From there we finished the cooking and ate while having wine and chatting. Then we had homemade cannoli’s which were delicious. After all that we got transported back to an option of locations to shop or sight see before getting back on our ship. I must say this is a unique experience that is not to be missed and we’re so grateful for this and what Cesarina is doing. An amazing must do and unforgettable time we will be thinking about for many years. 11 out of 10 experience , do this you’ll say it was a highlight of your trip. Thank You Cesarina !!
This was such a great activity! Rossella and her husband were so friendly and welcoming and we made such wonderful pasta and memories! Will definitely book with them again if ever in the area!!
Great experience at Giuseppe and his wife were amazing. Learned how to make pasta, saw the market where our food was purchased and they welcomed us into their home and even took us back to our cruise ship!!
