Savoca : nous nous arrêterons environ 1 heure où nous visiterons le célèbre bar Vitelli et l'église où ont été tournées certaines scènes du célèbre film (Le Parrain) avec Al Pacino. Castelmola : autre arrêt d'environ 1 heure où nous visiterons la cathédrale, le panorama de l'Etna et le bar Turrisi. Taormina : nous visiterons la rue principale où nous nous arrêterons pendant environ 2 heures pour visiter tout le Corso Umberto, où se trouvent de nombreux magasins, des ruelles caractéristiques, de belles vues et, si vous le souhaitez, le théâtre grec antique. Vous pourrez également y déguster des produits typiques locaux et prendre un verre. Sur le chemin du retour, nous nous arrêterons "au balcon", où nous pourrons admirer le magnifique panorama d'Isola Bella et prendre quelques photos. Messine : nous nous arrêterons à Cristo Re où nous pourrons admirer le détroit de Messine. Selon le temps restant, nous vous emmènerons déguster l'un de ces produits typiques du terroir comme les arancini, le granité ou les cannoli proposés par nos soins, avant de conclure la visite de la cathédrale avec sa belle horloge astronomique.

En partant du port de Messine, il faut environ 50 à 60 minutes pour arriver à Savoca. Savoca : nous nous arrêterons environ 1 heure où nous visiterons des petits commerces locaux, le célèbre bar Vitelli et l'église où ont été tournées certaines scènes du célèbre film (Le Parrain) avec Alpacino.
Castelmola, un autre arrêt d'environ 1 heure où nous visiterons les boutiques typiques de la région, la cathédrale, le panorama de l'Etna et le bar Turrisi où nous pourrons trouver des articles thématiques particuliers et déguster une gorgée de vin d'amande.
À Taormina : nous visiterons la rue principale où nous nous arrêterons pendant environ 2 heures pour visiter tout le Corso Umberto, où se trouvent de nombreux magasins, des ruelles caractéristiques, de belles vues et, si vous le souhaitez, le théâtre grec antique. Vous pourrez également y déguster des produits typiques locaux et prendre un verre. Sur le chemin du retour, nous nous arrêterons « au balcon », où nous pourrons admirer le magnifique panorama d'Isola Bella, nous nous arrêterons environ 10 minutes juste le temps de prendre quelques photos.
Messine : Sur le chemin du retour vers Messine, nous nous arrêterons à Cristo Re où nous pourrons admirer le détroit de Messine. Selon le temps restant, si vous le souhaitez, nous vous emmènerons déguster l'un de ces produits typiques du terroir comme les arancini, le granité ou les cannoli proposés par nos soins, avant de conclure la visite de la cathédrale avec sa belle horloge astronomique.

We had a wonderful day in Sicily enjoying a few sites from the Godfather, the amazing views from Castelmola, and the resort area and high end shopping in Taormina! We did this as a shore excursion from Messina. Our guide was Angelo’s cousin Andrea, who was an absolute delight! He was born and raised in the area and had wonderful knowledge of the history and culture! He was also a great driver! Pick up from our ship was superb! Angelo was so responsive arranging our day and was quick to answer any questions prior to our tour. We would definitely recommend!

Wonderful day exploring beautiful Sicily! Angelo was our driver and Alexandra our tour guide and they were a marvelous team! They tailored the timing to our cruise boat schedule and were prompt in pickup and delivered us back to port in plenty of time. We learned the history behind the sights we saw and were given ample time at each location. We even saw some fun, unexpected sights we would not have known about! Truly a pleasure!! Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend this tour! Angelo met us at the gate right outside the cruise ship and introduced us to Silvia our tour guide, who was fantastic. Our family of 9 was very comfortable in the private bus handily traversing Taormina, Castelmola, and Messina!! Silvia rearranged the schedule to best suit our needs!! We thoroughly enjoyed the shopping in Taormina and wish that we had several days to explore this beautiful historical town. Silvia guided us for much of the tour and we appreciated her knowledge and sweet personality. The almond wine and cannoli tasting in Castelmola was both delicious and most enjoyable. The pictures with Mount Etna and the view from the mountain top was spectacular! We ended the trip with the Duomo Cathedral and granita tasting!!

We were lucky enough to go on a field trip with Angelo and I can only say... wonderful! From the first moment he was super attentive, friendly and always with a smile.
