Taormina, Savoca et Castelmola : visite privée pour les croisiéristes au départ de Messine
Description
L'excursion part du terminal du port de Messine. Votre chauffeur viendra vous chercher à la porte de votre navire. Dans 45 minutes, nous arriverons à Savoca, célèbre pour son charmant centre historique. Savoca est également connue pour avoir servi de décor à certaines scènes du film « Le Parrain ». Parmi les lieux d'intérêt, citons l'église San Nicolò et le célèbre Bar Vitelli, où le personnage de Michael Corleone a fait sa demande en mariage à Apollonia. Après un arrêt d'environ une heure, nous partirons pour Castelmola. Perché sur une colline à environ 530 mètres d'altitude, il offre une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur la côte ionienne et l'Etna. Après un arrêt d'environ une heure, nous partirons pour Taormina, où vous aurez 2 heures de temps libre pour explorer l'une des plus belles villes de Sicile. De retour à Messine, nous visiterons la cathédrale, célèbre pour son clocher qui abrite la plus grande et la plus complexe horloge mécanique et astronomique du monde.

Our day began when we met our tour guide, Andrea, right at the port (where our cruise ship docked). He greeted us (myself, my husband, and our 12 and 14-year-old sons) warmly, and we headed to his air-conditioned van. As we drove, he began talking to us about his love of his home, Sicily. Our visits to the three different places were filled with incredible moments and tons of information. There are so many different points during the day when my family made memories we will never forget! Andrea took us to a very cool bar in Castelmola— delicious cannoli! And when we arrived in Taormina, he gave us the best lunch recommendation. It was our favorite meal of our entire 13 -day trip through Spain, France and Italy. To say we enjoyed this tour would be an understatement. It was one of the best we’ve been on. Thank you, Andrea! Until we meet again!
