Slow check in when details where clearly listed in reservation. And once on biat the floor was extremely hot and we told the captain not to pull off and that all 5 of us needed our shoes and he replied you will be OK. Pissed us OFF! However they did eventually stop and brought us our shoes.

Made this outside our cruise excursions offered. Viator we used in Ireland. Parasailing outfit made things smooth. Maria at the beach made it easy. Our pick up was right at the beach. Boat driver kept us in his sights as well as the others the whole time for each twosome group. There were 4. The instructions were well understood. As a first timer…. INCREDIBLE view of the ocean below and the sky above!!! The 15 minutes in the air was good. If it’s on your list of things to do or want to do, enjoy this opportunity and enjoy the ride. Didn’t spend time at location. Went back to town where cruise ship was and had lunch.

We had a great experience with this group. They were responsive to emails and very friendly. Our parasailing had to be cancelled due to high winds, so we converted it to jet skiing. The only thing is I wish they would have notified us in the morning before we arrived, so we could have planned to wear swimsuits since we'd be on jet skis.

Well worth the trip. Once in a life time opportunity and was absolutely amazing. You don't realize you are flying

This location is on a private beach which is not included in the original price, it was 20$ per person so it was not bad and we did not mind paying that for the accommodations. The captain of the boat and helper were great, they took pictures and even videoed it for us. Looked to be very organized and the equipment looked to be in good shape. They did break something while setting up but it was not something that would stop the show. All in all it was a great experience

$40 taxi added to the cost to & from. The boat did not take us up very high. I have been parasailing three times previously: nicer boats, much higher heights, & a bar to grab onto once you come back in to land on your feet. No bar. The advertisement said 15 minutes. I have videos of start to finish on the 2 pairs. My daughter & her boyfriend were up 9 minutes total from take off to landing. Mine & the couple before us were 10-12 minutes total. The first pair I used my cell phone time, & they were short on their time too. So, I made sure to record the next two for proof of shortened durations. The beach is not that great. This package does include the use of their beach, but NOT their chairs or umbrellas. Lockers were included. Which I appreciated. There are two open showers, but a long line to rinse off. I have been to Paradise Beach, which is right next door & apparently all-inclusive, according to taxi drivers. They asked me why I chose San Francisco Beach? I told them I had booked it online through a reputable company, Viator. They just shook their heads. I can say they have a good refund policy, as I amended mine from six to four. The other two did not want to pay the $80 plus taxi ride. I’m glad they didn’t! There are many more that include transportation & are all-inclusive. I do not recommend this company for parasailing. I was very disappointed this company didn’t meet the advertisement, nor my expectations. I would suggest researching better than I did for Cozumel. Our group used Cleve’s Tour in Roatan, Honduras for a Cultural Tour package. This was by far a better experience. They called for a driver when we arrived, were prompt, air conditioning, and so much more for less this price we paid for this parasailing. “Best Parasailing in Cozumel “…absolutely not! The other three first timers had nothing to compare it to, but I certainly did. Disappointed-

We had a great time on this excursion! The people operating the boat helped us feel calm and reassured that they knew what they were doing. The ride didn’t feel too short, it was a good length of time to enjoy flying in the sky. The view was incredible.

Went a bit earlier and appreciated much that they were able to accommodate myself and my partner, customer service is a 10, great job at explaining what to expect. Amazingggg experience worth every penny and more

Paragliding was a blast. It was easy to get a taxi from the cruise terminal. Don’t arrive early unless you want to spend a lot of money. The resort charges $25 a plate for lunch. Everyone involved wants a tip. I’m all for tipping the paragliding folks but it seemed like everyone else wanted a tip after I spent $250 for a cold lunch.

Was a great experience! I definitely recommend taking a waterproof phone case. They will let you take it up parasailing for your own videos and photos free of charge. You will always have access to the pool for the day.
