The tour itself was fine but it ended on a negative note. When we went to lunch at a restaurant, which was included in the tour, we drove separately and followed the company van. We were specifically directed by the guide to park behind the van and both the van and our car were given parking tickets for being illegally parked. We’re tourists in Costa Rica and obviously relied on the tour group to give us accurate information. Jade did not take responsibility for directing us to park there and instead told us that they would not cover the cost of the fine.
Absolutely wonderful tour. Kenneth was a fantastic guide and so so knowledgeable. Thank you Kenneth! We saw loads of animals. Highly recommend this tour!
Kenneth (our tour guide) was great! We saw so many cool animals, including a sloth CLIMBING UP THE TREE!!!! We also saw monkeys, birds, snakes, and more. The lunch after was also amazing. We got picked up straight from our hotel.
Great guide. Saw many animals and birds: monkeys, sloth, snake, iguana, heron, hawks, crocodile..
Great experience with Anderson! Thank you so much!
Kenneth our tour guide and Kenneth our boat captain were amazing! We felt comfortable and were able to see a little bit of everything, cayman’s, hummingbird nests, boa’s, a sloth, and lots of iguanas! While the tour felt slow paced at times the value was worth, pickup was smooth, comfortable ride on the boat, and good food on the way back to our hotel!
Kenneth was very kind and explained things pretty well. We saw many animals. Nothing exceptional but great!
Kevin was a fantastic guide. We saw so many animals and learned about them and their habitat.
Very nice boat trip, spotted lots of lizards and capuchin monkeys. Company kindly covered lunch too!
We saw so many animals and learned about them and the ecosystem. Kevin was our guide and he did a great job pointing things out and explaining them to us. I would recommend this trip to anyone.
