Absolutely brilliant day out! This was one of the highlights of our 2 week holiday to CR. Our 4 and 6 year old joined and they had a blast. Plenty of beautiful sights to see, thrills on the zip lines, wonderfully friendly and professional guides and nice lunch after. Highly recommend!
This has to be the best ziplining experience in Costa Rica! The property was outstandingly beautiful and not too far from the local major areas. The setup and organization of everything was well thought out, and I felt like I was a part of a smooth and safe operation. After arriving, I was able to use clean restroom facilities, fill my water bottle and get a snack. Then, there was a safety briefing and equipment familiarization for the following zip line. I felt safe and well taken care of. The zip line itself was absolutely incredible. The route was well thought out, with one zip line after another and several sections of easy hiking to enjoy the jungle in a different way. I was so impressed with the infrastructure, ziplining to the top of a large tree and accessing another zip line from there multiple times in a row. There were large cable bridges above the jungle floor to explore as well. There was even a pair of zip lines side by side for me and my wife to go together and the line itself was over a mile long!! Throughout the whole excursion and upon arriving at the next zip line, I was greeted by a friendly and professional employee to hook me up to the next line. I felt comfortable and safe without worrying about their competency. I was able to fully relax and talk to the members of the staff and it created an all around amazing environment. Big kudos to the staff here. After a wonderful all around experience it was ended with a tasty and healthy meal that was included with the original price. I cannot recommend this experience enough. I know I will go back to Costa Rica again and I want to bring more family and friends to have this adventure!
This was so fun! It was my first time zip lining, and it was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done. The guides are all so nice and incredibly helpful. They gave us all the explanations needed to make us feel safe and at ease, and they were so patient throughout the adventure. The views were amazing!!! There’s no other way to describe them. And the lunch offered at the end of the tour was so delicious!
Wonderful experience. Thrilling. Good organisation, very long zip lines in a beatiful landscape. Good photos.
OMG, THIS WAS A BLAST!!!. We've done zip lines all over the tropics, but this was the best. So high, so long, SO CHALLENGING. Equipment was all new and great condition. Guides were well trained and put us at ease, always. They were quick to "rescue" one who didn't quite make it to the end of one line. What a great outfit. High marks all around. Pick-up, ride to the start. They took professional quality photos of all the action for us. They even fed us a delicious Costa Rican meal afterwards. Can't say enough that is great. A wonderful and exciting and safe time. And great value.
We had a great afternoon adventure. Exciting zipplines, very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Afterwards we enjoyed a very tasty lunch.
We had a blast with the variety of ziplines and the repel at the end! Staff were very kind and friendly. Saw several toucans and enjoyed their photos of us. Highly recommend!
It seems like you can't visit Costa Rica without going ziplining, and we are so glad we went with El Santuario. Everything went extremely smoothly starting with on-time pick up at our hotel in Manuel Antonio, a short comfortable ride to the in-town office for payment, then a 15-20 minute ride to the destination. You get off the bus, lock up your valuables, get your harness and helmet, get the safety briefing, and you're off. The guides are super helpful and knowledgeable about local sites and flora & fauna in the jungle. The photographer gets great shots. The actual zip lines are awesome. We felt safe and cared for the whole time. And we had a freaking blast. The twin mile-long zip lines you can race on are incredible! You have a few stations along with fresh fruit and water to stay cool. Most areas are shaded so you don't get too hot anyway. And when it's over you have a most delicious lunch while looking at the pics they took. There are likely several places you can go ziplining and have fun, but for our money this is the best. Another family at our hotel said they went with another place and had a good time but their son wanted more. We told them about El Santuario and after they did it they said it was way better than the first one they did. Pura vida!
Oh. My. Goodness. What a wonderful experience! 10 zip lines, with varying lengths, guides were so kind and helpful. Lots of wildlife to look for and truly so beautiful. The photos are 100% worth buying as well. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Can’t recommend enough :)
It’s so worth the booking! I was very hesitant, but it’s a great time with great guides. Transportation was easy and lunch was very good.
