La Statue de l'égalité est une statue du philosophe indien Ramanuja du XIe siècle, située dans les locaux du Chinna Jeeyar Trust à Muchintal, dans le district de Ranga Reddy, dans la banlieue d'Hyderabad.2] C'est la deuxième plus haute statue assise du monde. Le projet de construction de la statue a été conceptualisé par le trust pour commémorer le 1000ème anniversaire de naissance de Ramanuja. D'un coût estimé à 1 000 crore (110 millions de dollars), le projet a été financé par des dons monétaires de fidèles en grande partie.
Birla Mandir est un temple hindou construit sur une butte de 85 m de haut appelée Naubath Pahad 13 acres (53 000 m2) à Hyderabad, Telangana, Inde. Naubat Pahad qui était autrefois aussi connu sous le nom de Band Rock ainsi appelé parce qu'il y a longtemps toutes les communications officielles des Moghols aux Nizams étaient proclamées de cette colline accompagnées de musique. La construction a duré dix ans et a été inaugurée en 1976 par Swami Ranganathananda de la mission Ramakrishna. Visited the Statue of Equality, Golconda Fort, and Birla Temple on this full-day tour. All three sites were impressive and absolutely worth seeing. The Statue of Equality was breathtaking, the gold inner statue and the prayer ceremony happening during my visit made it a special experience. Golconda Fort is a must-see for any history lover, the acoustics system is incredible. A couple of tips for future travellers: visit Golconda Fort early morning or late afternoon to avoid the midday heat, and the same goes for Birla Temple as the stone floor gets extremely hot without shoes. The driver was reliable and the AC car was comfortable. Communication with the guide was a bit challenging at times, but the sites more than made up for it. Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hyderabad.
