Que vous partiez du port de croisière de Rotterdam, de la gare centrale ou de votre hôtel dans le centre-ville, nous nous occupons de tout dès le début de votre visite. Nous commencerons la journée avec une tasse de café ou de thé relaxant avant de faire route vers Kinderdijk en bateau. Une fois sur place, vous aurez la chance de découvrir ce paysage unique de polders néerlandais à vélo, ou à pied, si vous préférez. Nous entrerons également dans l'un des moulins à vent historiques pour découvrir la vie telle qu'elle était autrefois. Nous gardons nos visites personnelles et flexibles. Que vous vouliez prendre votre temps ou ajuster le rythme ou la concentration de la visite, nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir. Itinéraire
Avant de nous rendre à Kinderdijk, nous prendrons un moment pour vous présenter Rotterdam, la ville dynamique et innovante où commence la visite. Selon votre point de départ (port de croisière, gare centrale ou hôtel du centre-ville) et l'itinéraire que nous empruntons, nous partagerons des histoires et des faits amusants sur l'architecture moderne de la ville, l'histoire maritime, la reconstruction d'après-guerre et les joyaux cachés lors de notre passage à proximité de sites clés. C’est une façon parfaite de se repérer et d’apprendre ce qui fait de Rotterdam un endroit unique, le tout de manière détendue et engageante.
Kinderdijk, un site du patrimoine mondial avec 19 moulins à vent datant du 18ème siècle. Outre les moulins à vent, vous verrez à quoi ressemble un paysage typiquement néerlandais.
Si vous partez de la gare centrale de Rotterdam, nous nous dirigerons ensemble en transports publics vers le pont Erasme pour un arrêt photo rapide, puis nous ferons route vers Kinderdijk. Gare centrale de Rotterdam, l'un des endroits les plus fréquentés de Rotterdam. Réputé pour sa belle architecture.
Note: Lorsque vous commencez la visite au Port de croisière Rotterdam, sachez qu'il s'agit d'une étape avant de poursuivre le voyage vers Kinderdijk. Le pont Érasme est à côté du Willemsbrug le deuxième pont sur la Nieuwe Maas dans le centre de Rotterdam et le port de Rotterdam et est nommé d'après le prêtre néerlandais et humaniste Érasme. Le pont relie le quartier de Kop van Zuid avec le centre sur le côté nord de la rivière.

Smaranda was an excellent guide , tour was very nice but we were disappointed in the fact that we booked a private tour and another couple from a cruise ship was joined with our “private tour” due to tour guide shortage! Also since they had to be back on ship by 2:30 we felt pressured to get back on time. It wasn’t a leisurely tour we expected paying for “private”! We hope our next tour with Viator next week which is also private in Scotland June 9 will not disappoint. We booked 5 viator tours on this 16 day adventure and have always trusted your company. We would have liked more that a 5 minute prior notice if tour is changed so we can decide to cancel or not.

You booked expecting an exclusive experience, and I can appreciate why being informed shortly before departure that another couple would be joining felt frustrating. On that particular day, we faced an unexpected guide shortage and were left with the difficult choice of either canceling tours or combining a small number of guests. We chose the latter so that everyone could still enjoy their visit to Kinderdijk. That said, I agree that the communication should have happened earlier and given you more time to decide whether the revised arrangement still suited your expectations. As a company, we have recently reviewed how we operate our small-group experiences. Rather than substantially increasing prices or reducing the quality and inclusions that our guests enjoy, some tours may occasionally be operated as very small-group experiences with a limited number of guests. Going forward, this will be communicated clearly in our tour descriptions and booking information so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. I am sorry that the timing constraints of the other guests made the tour feel less relaxed than you had hoped. That is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Incredibly beautiful setting. Best way to start the learning process of how the Dutch manage to live 2 meters below sea level from the beginning with the windmills to the present.
