Découvrez la méthode traditionnelle du Champagne et dégustez trois champagnes distincts, chacun avec son caractère unique. Ensuite, savourez un délicieux déjeuner au champagne dans un charmant restaurant Français. Ensuite, nous nous aventurerons de l'autre côté de la Champagne pour visiter deux producteurs de renom. Profitez de deux séances de dégustation approfondies, explorant une variété de styles de Champagne, y compris Brut, Blanc DE Blancs, Rosé, Blanc DE Noirs, Extra Brut, et même Dry Champagne. Nous traverserons également la campagne champenoise classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO.
Visite en Champagne. Je vous ferai découvrir les producteurs locaux de Champagne et les différents types de champagne teintant une visite privée toute la journée. Nous vous récupérons là où vous séjournez à Reims ou à Epernay. Vous aurez un premier arrêt dans les vignes pour que votre Guide vous explique la planification de la journée. Vous rencontrerez un vigneron local dans sa cave. Il vous montrera son site de production privé et sa cave. Il vous fera déguster différents types de Champagne sortis de la cave tout en vous expliquant comment vous pouvez ressentir chaque goût particulier. Ensuite, vous déjeunerez dans un restaurant traditionnel avec un apéritif au Champagne. Vous serez conduit à travers la montagne de Reims et les vignobles de Champagne. Vous verrez les paysages, les points de vue et comprendrez pourquoi les grappes de Champagne sont si spéciales. Vous terminerez par une autre visite et dégustation de champagne : rendez visite à un second producteur, totalement différent du premier avec d'autres dégustations.
Ramassage dans n'importe quel endroit à Reims ou Epernay. Hôtels et gares. Si vous restez à Paris, vous pouvez vous rendre à Reims en seulement 45 min en train. Demandez l'heure du train. Nous viendrons vous chercher directement à la gare de Reims et vous reconduirons à la fin de la visite.

We had such a wonderful time with Stephane. The day was planned perfectly and he coordinated with us in advance to ensure the experience met our desire to visit local champagne producers. We were so lucky to visit during harvest and were able to see the producers in full action. Truly a unique and memorable experience. Meeting a 73 year old producer who shared 2 old vintage champagnes from his cellar - was on the CIVC de champagne - a true master of his craft. Totally different from the large house tours - an intimate introduction to the grapes and how the process can influence the taste and character of the wines.

Our tour guide Lisa was very knowledgeable and showed us many great sites within the Champagne region! Biggest factor for going on a private tour was having a child. It allowed us to be able to see the champagne houses with ease while learning as much as possible. The family vineyards we visited were great!! I left the tour with a great appreciation for all the hard work that goes into each bottle of Champagne!

Stephane is an excellent local guide in champagne, he explained us Many curiosities and guided us throw two interesting tours of small champagne producers: the first more tecnhicql and the second more specific into wine tasting with the visit of the cellar. Stephane was so hospitable and we really enjoyed our tour! We accidentally missed our train (make sure you give yourself plenty of time if you’ve never been) Stephane helped pick us up at a different location with no worries. He was super informative giving us knowledge on the towns and champagnes. We had two different tours and lunch with his wife in his home. We felt very welcomed and everything was so delicious! Stéphane Demissy's private day tour in champagne was absolutely wonderful. We took this tour in the late spring during a 11-day visit to France, and it was absolutely one of the best days of our trip. We visited two small producers and tasted many different champagnes. Stéphane not only had an amazing depth of knowledge about champagne and the region, but also of French culture, politics, history and other topics. He was funny, polite, charming and welcoming. The personal touches were also much appreciated, including an authentic French luncheon served by his wife at his house. We like how he treated us as family guests, and not just as mere tourists. This tour is very highly recommended!
