Circuit conçu pour les besoins des croisiéristes, avec prise en charge au port et une attention particulière aux horaires de départ et de retour. Demi-journée entre promenades sur d'anciens cratères éteints, coulées de lave et vues à couper le souffle. Nous mettons l'histoire, la science et les traditions du lieu et le goût local! Et avant de rentrer en bateau, nous vous ferons déguster l'une des spécialités typiques de Catane: le meilleur arancino de la ville!

Itinéraire
Nous commençons par passer le front de mer de Catane, d'où nous pouvons voir les cheminées de Acitrezza
Trekking sur l'un des anciens cratères
Routes panoramiques, coulées de lave anciennes et récentes, visite d'une grotte de lave (casques et torches fournis par nos soins) et vues à couper le souffle caractériseront cette partie de la visite.
Vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur cette ancienne et incroyable vallée
Visite au front de lave de la coulée de lave 1991-1993, qui a atteint le village de Zafferana Etnea
Arrêtez-vous pour une dégustation gratuite de produits typiques de l'Etna
Retour au port de Catane via la ville

Nous viendrons vous chercher au débarcadère, vous nous reconnaîtrez grâce à une pancarte avec votre nom dessus. Pour la prise en charge à Giardini Naxos, il y a un supplément de 50 € (2/4 personnes), 90 € (5/8 personnes), à répartir entre les participants.

I wasn’t sure how I would find this excursion - I was actually not going to go but it ended up being my favorite! Out guide(s) were lovely, knowledgeable and fun! Nice to be able to ask questions and spend time learning about their history and culture.
Perfect excursion to do early, upon arrival at the cruise, with time to later explore downtown Catania. Thanks to Janet for all the explanations and her attention, as she made the trip super pleasant and entertaining for the whole family. Highly recommended!
Great experience, Peter our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend. The craters were amazing and lava cave were interesting along with a stop for wine, olive oil and honey tasting.
The trip was super organized and very educational. Our guide Pierpaolo has explained the volcano, the processes, its formation, the cave, the valley,... everything very clearly.
The contact beforehand was clear, good and fast. Our guide Monica was a nice, sociable young lady but above all gave a lot and good explanation. All in all a valuable and interesting excursion for all of us!
This tour was amazing because our tour guide, Monica, was the best tour guide we’ve ever had! She was so knowledgeable and so clearly passionate about “the mountain” and sharing her knowledge of Mt Etna, not only as a volcano, but as an integral part of life in Catania. She made the tour so interesting! She went above and beyond our expectations! In addition to being an engaging and expert guide, she was also very considerate with extra effort to ensure our comfort, and that she was tailoring the tour to keep it fun and interesting for us! If we could give Monica more than 5 stars, we would! My husband and I travel a lot, and we highly recommend this tour - and make sure you request Monica!
It was very easy to book this with TripAdvisor and the free cancellation gave us a lot of peace of mind. This was a very friendly and well run operation. Our operator Ludovico kept us informed of everything and was super helpful and quick to answer with our questions. Now on to the tour… our guide Diego was the best! We were a small group of 6 and he made sure we all felt welcome. Mt Etna is spectacular and Diego took us to a number of less busy sites where we felt we had a better view of the mountain than others at the more popular spots! We also did a small expedition into a lava tube which was very interesting, and a short tasting of wine and honey on the way back from the mountain. Finally, Diego dropped us off at our requested stop and gave us some suggestions on other things to see and food to eat. Overall this was a fantastic experience - we cannot fault it and it was great value for money. Thank you Ludovico and especially thank you to Diego for a great half day on Mt Etna!
