Préparez-vous à vivre une expérience inoubliable ! Notre circuit débutera à Messine, l'ancienne « porte de la Sicile », où histoire et modernité, légendes et traditions, résilience et beauté se mêlent harmonieusement. Après notre rencontre, en empruntant la route panoramique qui longe le port en forme de faucille, vous pourrez admirer la statue de la Madonna della Lettera, la protectrice de Messine qui accueille tous ceux qui arrivent par la mer. De là débutera notre excursion vers deux joyaux de notre territoire : Castelmola et Taormina.
Notre premier arrêt sera le charmant village médiéval de Castelmola, perché sur une colline dominant le panorama ! Castelmola, qui abritait autrefois un ancien château normand, est aujourd'hui connue pour accueillir l'un des bars les plus uniques au monde : le Bar Turrisi ! Un monument sicilien authentique, réputé pour son mobilier unique. Nous nous arrêterons ici pour explorer la signification culturelle des formes phalliques emblématiques utilisées comme décorations de bars. Loin d'être vulgaires, elles constituent un vibrant hommage à la culture grecque antique, symbolisant l'essence même de la liberté, de la fertilité et de la vie. C'est l'endroit idéal pour déguster un verre du célèbre vin d'amandes accompagné de délicieux cannoli siciliens.
Notre voyage se poursuivra par la descente vers la célèbre « perle de la Méditerranée » : Taormina. Entrée par l'arche historique de Porta Catania. Vous vous immergerez dans le riche passé de la ville, en explorant le spectaculaire amphithéâtre gréco-romain (prix du billet non inclus dans la visite), un chef-d'œuvre d'ingénierie antique offrant une vue imprenable sur l'Etna et la mer, puis vous vous dirigerez vers le splendide et magique jardin public Lady Florece Trevelyan. Ensuite, en flânant le long du Corso Umberto, la rue principale animée et l'ancien decumanus, vous serez entouré de boutiques élégantes, de cafés animés, de ruelles pittoresques et de bâtiments historiques qui préservent la véritable essence de la ville. Enfin, nous nous rendrons en voiture à un point de vue stratégique et unique pour admirer et photographier la vue à couper le souffle de l'emblématique Isola Bella, vous laissant un souvenir indélébile et inoubliable de notre magnifique pays.
Après notre visite de Taormina, nous retournerons à Messine où, si le temps et l'énergie le permettent, vous pourrez admirer le centre historique de la ville et, en particulier, le clocher du Duomo, qui abrite l'une des horloges mécaniques et astronomiques les plus grandes et les plus complexes d'Europe. En fin de journée, nous vous ramènerons à votre point de départ, en espérant que vous ayez passé une journée passionnante en notre compagnie.

À leur arrivée au port de Messine, les voyageurs seront accueillis à la porte 5. L'un de nos chauffeurs sera là pour les accueillir avec une pancarte portant leur nom. Les horaires de début et de fin de l'excursion doivent être convenus au moins 24 heures à l'avance, en fonction des heures d'arrivée et de départ du navire de croisière.

We had the most wonderful day in Sicily with Alessandro and Marissa, visiting Castelmola, Taormina and Messina. From the very beginning, it was clear that they weren't just there to give us a tour - they wanted to give us a truly memorable experience. We started in beautiful Castelmola, where they took us to what must be the best bar in town. The story behind it is absolutely hilarious - ask Marissa to tell you the story! We had a lovely drink there, tried the original cannoli and, most importantly, had a lot of laughs together. Taormina was another highlight. It is absolutely beautiful, and Marissa brought the history to life with all the stories and details she shared with us. And then, on the way back, Alessandro and Marissa somehow transformed our tour van into a driving karaoke bus! J'& We sang along to some of the most famous Italian songs, which was such a fun and unexpected part of the day. And as if that wasn't enough, they took us for gelato after the tour - the perfect finishing touch to an already perfect day. Kimberly and Fabrizio were a great! They took us to Castelmola and Taormina. Kimberly was a very informative guide and Fabrizio was a great driver & photographer. He always had cold waters ready and never a minute late! Kimberly gave us 3 recommendations while we were in Taormina - Street food, gelato, and a beautiful garden. We did a half day tour due to the time and constraints and it was very nice. They even had a surprise for us in Castelmola- it was very funny and delicious!
Fantastic experience with Isabel and Fulvio. Everything was at our pace and they were so helpful with one of our party that struggled with the walking. Our sightseeing was beautiful and we all enjoyed our personal experience.
We had a driver and a translator go along. Driver parked in areas alliowed and the translator toured us around wherever we wanted to go. She was very personable and positive. She changed the itinerary to accommodate what we wanted to do all day. Customer service was top-notch and they were very pleasant with a beautiful van that took us all over the area. We went to Casteloma and it was beautiful with a stop for cannoli and panoramic views. Then we toured the theatre in Taormina , shopped and had a good Italian meal. I don’t do too many reviews unless it is a tour worth booking for others to enjoy! Don’t think twice just book it!
