Verona was terrific. Wine tasting was not. Viator advertised it to be an adult experience and the picture they used showed adults in an outdoor vineyard tasting wine. Wine tasting was in a small home that was being used as a day care for about 20 small children. I wish we had left immediately. I contacted Viator 2 times to complain about being misrepresented and asking for my money back on the wine tasting portion of the tour. They refused . I’ve used Viator many times but will not be using them in the future. I sent them the photos I took that day with the photo they used to advertise the tasting. Very disappointing !

Regarding the refund request, Viator declined it because the wine tasting did take place as scheduled. The touring of Verona was excellent and would recommend to others. The wine tasting experience was just okay I would not recommend to others.
