Very professional, I was sent alerts the day before to confirm which put me at ease. The driver came a little early which was great for me, the car was clean and very comfortable and good safe driving, I highly recommend
We had trouble confirming our pickup time (listed time was incorrect even after I paid the “night fee”) and the company customer service is in the Chicago time zone but we were in Japan. Once Chicago woke up and that was straightened out, we had a safe, comfortable, punctual ride.

Kitao was my professional driver who came on time and took me directly to my departure flight. He had my name sign and also helped me with my luggages. I would definitely recommend RhomTrip company to family and friends who may want to visit Japan and want a private transfer service
