A lovely pasta making experience with a wonderful host. Sara is very charming and passionate about pasta making and we made some beautiful vegetarian pasta dishes in a variety of shapes using beautiful natural pigments. All made by hand using traditional tools in her stunning home. Highly recommend.

I attended the fresh pasta course with my 8-year-old daughter and we were both thrilled! The course is super nice, colorful and the environment is really nice and welcoming. Children also have a great time thanks to activities designed for them. Our teacher was fantastic: very kind, helpful and very prepared. Wonderful experience! We already knew how to make pasta at home but this is a whole new level. We learned how to prepare at least ten different types of different shapes and colours and had a ton of fun doing it. Definitely recommended!

We had such a good time at this pasta-making class. The whole experience was relaxed, fun, and very hands-on — perfect even if you’re not an expert in the kitchen. We learned how to make different types of pasta using natural colors from vegetables, which was a cool touch. The class is vegetarian, which was great for us. We took home the fresh pasta and cooked it at home. Everything we made tasted amazing. Sara was super friendly and explained everything clearly, making it easy to follow along. Plus, it felt really personal and not rushed at all. If you’re in Bologna and want to do something different (and delicious), I definitely recommend this class. It’s a fun way to learn something new and enjoy great food. Thank you very much :)
