Au cours de la leçon, la Cesarina vous dévoilera les ficelles du métier de 3 recettes régionales authentiques. Amusez-vous à mettre vos talents de cuisinier à l'épreuve. Chaque participant disposera d'un poste de travail équipé d'ustensiles et de tous les ingrédients pour réaliser les plats. Ensuite, dégustez tout ce que vous avez préparé accompagné d'une sélection de vins locaux rouges et blancs.

Tous les Cesarine sont toujours très prudents et attentifs aux règles sanitaires importantes qui s'imposent, encore plus maintenant ! Les maisons fournissent tous les équipements sanitaires essentiels pour les invités (serviettes en papier pour se laver les mains, gel désinfectant pour les mains, etc.). N'oubliez pas de toujours maintenir une distance de 1 mètre les uns des autres et sinon, portez des masques et des gants

Unforutnately cannot give a full review of this experience as they cancelled on us (just like the other 1 star review). We signed up for a 5pm class and got it confirmed. The evening before they cancelled our reservation. I would not book this unless you are very flexible with your plans. Quite disappointing, as we were looking forward to it as a birthday celebration!

Unfortunately because we are not as structured as a restaurant, sometimes it happens that our Cesarine have a sudden inconvenience (they might wake up in the morning and feel sick, they might have a medical appointment, or other issues) and we might not be able to find a new host available with such short notice. We are truly, truly sorry about what you went through. In these cases, we always proceed with a full refund. We are aware this does not entirely compensate having to cancel your event, but trying to reschedule, and if that's not possible then proceed with a full refund, it's the best we can do. We remain at your complete disposal and we do hope you will give us the opportunity to host you in the future. Best wishes,
Suck! They canceled twice the same day. They're not serious at all. The first time I said the chief was sick. And the second time the next day while we were on time for the appointment they cancelled without giving any explanation. Suck!

This was the highlight of our trip. Mario is a delight. She is funny and pure joy. We had the most amazing time. Also got to meet and talk with her family. Plus the food was fantastic. Loved every minute of our time together.
The experience of cooking with Cesarina Patrizia was wonderful. Patrizia listened to me at home with great cordiality and told me about the customs of the cocina del sur de Italia. We prepared a delicious lunch that we then enjoyed. An experience worth living.
Maria was an excellent chef & company. She is a lovely neapolitan lady, spook good enough english and showed us great dishes. She explains what is important, shared all the recepies and took some pictures and videos. A great experience we can highly recommend.
In a warm and welcoming atmosphere at Ada’s and under her skilled guidance, we succeeded in making fantastic Italian dishes. We highly enjoyed the experience.
Cooking class with Marina was one of the highlights of my trip. She is a wonderful host. All of the food we prepared was delicious and I plan to recreate the dishes at home. My husband, son and I enjoyed learning from Marina and talking with her and her husband. She was great with my son who is almost 9 years old. I highly recommend this class!
Do not miss this opertunity! What an incredible experience, one we will never forget... I knew as soon as I saw Marina that we were going to have a great day! So warm and welcoming.. we made delicious food and we was truley looked after for the entire afternoon, Marina is a great host with a beautiful home... she had delicious meats, cheese and vegetables ready when we arrived paired with a lovley wine, we also tried polenta for the first time which we loved! We leaned how to cook fresh pasta and Tiramisu.... Marina was also kind enough to send us some recipes afterwards also... 10 star! THANK YOU MARINA 😊
