PÂTES LONGUES et TIRAMISU : lundi - mercredi - vendredi PÂTES COURTES et TIRAMISU : mardi, jeudi et samedi Ce cours vous fera découvrir l'univers des pâtes fraîches maison. Avec nous, vous apprendrez l'art ancestral de la fabrication de la pâte et les principales préparations traditionnelles, des spaghettis aux pâtes courtes. Vous apprendrez à préparer des recettes traditionnelles intemporelles. Nous vous apprendrons à étaler les pâtes à l'aide d'une machine à pâtes manuelle pour obtenir des résultats exceptionnels. Nous vous dévoilerons également les secrets d'une assiette de pâtes à la sauce parfaite. Nous terminerons le cours par un grand classique italien fait maison : le tiramisu. Ensemble, nous préparerons les crèmes et assemblerons le dessert de A à Z. Ce que vous aurez préparé vous-même pendant le cours, vous pourrez le déguster avec des vins typiques de la région, comme le Bardolino Classico et le Chiaretto. Entrez chez nous, imprégnez-vous de l'atmosphère de la cuisine italienne et emportez-la chez vous pour impressionner vos invités !

Was there with my boys 16 & 10 and they were also totally thrilled. Really great ambiance, super lovely team, very clean, and it was like spending a few hours with friends. I can only recommend it!
This was a much-anticipated holiday activity for my family of 3, on our first ever visit to the Garda region. And it was phenomenal! It felt like sitting in the kitchen of a new, engaging friend. We loved both the experience of making the dough and rolling it out, as well as the company. The pasta meal at the end was really excellent. If you pick one activity, let this one be it.
We were a family of five, including a grandmother, parents and two children (9 and 13 years old). We all thoroughly enjoyed the workshop. It’s very well designed, so everyone from the complete beginner to an even more experienced cook could find their place. Can’t recommend it highly enough. And the food at the end is great of course too.
Absolutely brilliant. The guys who ran it were so welcoming, fun and warm. Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) all thoroughly enjoyed it and was a holiday highlight. Hugely recommended to anyone contemplating something to do. We've now bought a pasta machine!!

We did this course for our daughter’s birthday. An excellent course. Would highly recommend. Hosts were friendly, encouraging and made everyone feel welcome. Made delicious pasta and tiramisu. We chose to book a day when making spaghetti but short pasta course could also be booked. Thirteen in our group but felt we were each given enough time for help, when needed. Very enjoyable.
